We went in to buy coffee and breakfast to be honest my niece needs to use the bathroom. We were waiting for the mall to open. We buy some coffee and breakfast first so we can also use the bathroom. When we ask for the key to use the bathroom. They said that they don't provide public washroom due to some incident happened. I imagine it was a homeless that was using the bathroom. I was confused because that's why the bathroom is lock. I don't think other people/customer that have been your customer for year's should suffer just cause of the incident. I do believe there is way to ask people if they are using the bathroom for proper purpose. They said shoppers drug mart has bathroom. We went in and bought bathbombs so we could use the bathroom but they didn't have bathroom as well. Never again I'll stop by there to buy coffee and breakfast. We were told to use Mall or Shoppers drug Mart washroom by Starbucks employees but the Mall was closed and shoppers don’t provide washroom. Employees should know first those are available or not before suggesting. I hope no one will have this experience again. Especially with little one. A suggestion to Starbucks to put on your door that you guys don’t have public washroom because most people are decent to buy first before using your washroom.

Long line but it's a busy location on a Saturday. Batista was friendly and they seem pretty efficient. Drinks were as expected.

The coffee was yummy as usual, however the staff (manager) seemed to be having a bad day and was taking it out on me. I told her that we couldn’t hear her when she was calling out the names (mostly because of the music playing from the speakers above them) and I was met with hostility and eye rolling… I hope all is well with you Maddy, I wish you happiness and a less stressful day.

I went to buy coffee but needed to wash my hands first and alleviate myself but they said the restrooms were closed for safety reasons. It seems clean hands are my top priority for safety.They told me to go to Tim Hortons.

Never write bad reviews but was pretty annoyed with this one. Came here before the mall was open to pick up my order and the washrooms were locked, which I thought was normal and I would just have to ask for a key or to get buzzed in. But the lady working rudely told me “the washrooms are locked”. “So can you unlock them for customer use”? I asked and she said no and that they are “locked for safety reasons”. A bit ridiculous to not offer washrooms when your customers are buying food & bev. Especially at a Starbucks, a large chain that always has washrooms. And when the mall is closed in the morning. I understand the safety part, but needing to use the bathroom is also a safety issue. Keep them locked and only let your paying customers use them.Gave a two only because they were fast with my online order.

I waited with my daughter for over 20 minutes, with no other customers in front of us, because the “barista” was talking with her friends.When I asked politely that she chat less and please make our order, she was short and snippy and told me she was “working on it”, which she clearly wasn’t.The other five staff members behind the counter were doing nothing productive either. Never going there again.
