Lou did a great job replacing a shattered windshield on my car. No easy job either seeing as the last person who replaced my windshield about a month ago butchered a brand new ‘23 car, leaving Lou with his work cut out for him.Lou took pictures and wrote up a thorough diagnosis of all the damage done by the previous company - literally, the man drove out to me, picked me up and drove me back to the shop to show me the damages discovered; many other damages we discovered together as I stuck around while they worked on my car for the next 15-20 minutes.Very transparent and honest in their work. Very clean work. Very professional, punctual and organized. The business model is clear; the client (me) is valued, and respected. I left the transaction having piece of mind and confidence in their work. My experience hiring HighTech Autoglass was white glove service from A to Z and I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are great. They were very flexible in helping to coordinate a time to come to my home to assist me with a chip in my windshield. It was a seamless process and the final product was excellent at a very reasonable price.I will be recommending this service to my family and friends. I didn't think sorting my windscreen replacement could actually be that easy. I was initially directed to a chain operation by my dealer, but after seeing that I had to go to them and sit for however many hours for them to do the work, I figured there had to be a better way. I found High-Tech online. Got Lou on the phone immediately, gave him the make and model, he said no problem and we arranged a time for him to meet me at my home. He arrived on time, and completed the work in under an hour and did a super job. And the cost was well below what a chain quoted me. Lou was friendly and professional, and I would confidently recommend High-Tech to anyone.

High-Tech was great to deal with. I called them and they were able to come to my work to replace my window within a few hours from the initial call.
