I ordered bbq pork and steamed rice through uber eats.The pork was the nastyest thing I have ever tasted. It was dry and tasted old.Do not order from here.The rice was good.Costed me $40 with delivery.I called the restaurant and told them how gross the pork was and the woman on the phone replied that it is the way that they make it. So basically they make the pork to taste old and tasteless.She did not care at all on how dissatisfied I was.I repeat do not order her as the there is no quality control

Ordered takeout.Ordered shrimp with cashews but it didn't come with any cashews just vegetables.Got the hot and sour soup, we didn't like the huge chunks of tofu that was cut all unevenly.Pan fried beef and noodles was great, wasn't too oily.

Terrible. Dry garlic pork had no garlic. Super, inedibly greasy. Like weeping oil. Szechuan beef was $2 worth of beef in a pound of vegetables. For the price, absolutely ripped off. I’d NEVER come back.

So it's payday for some people and this restaurant is empty minus my mother and I, the staff and this kid that is 15-16 years old is tucked away in the corner playing video games and being loud. This is the 3rd time that we have been in the restaurant and it be completely empty. The food is good though.

Will not order from here again!They open at 4 p.m., we call in order at 4:07 and they say it will be about an hour. We call the restaurant 2.5 hours after ordering, they say they believe it is out with the driver for delivery. Call back 4 hours after ordering, we are told it is out with the driver. They call us back 10 minutes later to confirm our order and say they will make it now and give us 20% off....now after 8 p.m. I wish they could have realized this the first time we called instead of guessing where our order was. I understand Father's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but this isn't the first time we have dealt with a lost order from them.

Horrible Chinese food. Purchased a 4 item combo….. all four items in one container. Needles to say all the rice and chow mein was soaked in sweet and sour sauce.

The Chinese Food is gone downhill, since Jim and Eva sold the Silverhouse,Awful is the word, just awful , Silverhouse use to be my go to place ,Maple Ridge, does not have a good Chinese food Restaurant, Abbotsford (Oriental Garden) on Gladwin ,2 blocks north of south Fraser Hwy ,is awesome, my wife and I dine in ,and it's worth the drive ,

Silver house used to be my go to back when Eva owned it. Sadly since the new owners have taken over it’s gotten progressively worse and time goes on.The food is more bland then it used to be but that’s ok cuz it was still cheap and cheerful.My problem is the service. It’s terrible. I tried to order egg fu yung for lunch once (always used to get it with old owners) and was told I can’t have it for lunch anymore. Fine. Next time I went in and ordered the lunch special. Waitress brought it and my drink and I never saw her again. Same thing happened the next time I went in to eat. Even had to ring the bell at the front 3 times just to get my bill.Today I went to see if MAYBE I could get a speedy lunch. Sat down at a table. I was the only one there. And saw no one for the 5-10 mins I sat there. Not. One. Soul. I could hear the staff yelling in the kitchen but not once did anyone come out and acknowledge me. So I got up and left.That was the final straw. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on even though silver house is so close to where I work.

I ordered bbq rice for delivery and they bring normal rice then I called and they denied it and told me “how do you know that the order was wrong?”. We’ve ordered the bbq rice before so obviously we know the difference, but they still denied it. Terrible customer service.
