Terrible customer service ... I received a coupon for $50 off coupon in my email . I had not been to this location since 2014 . I sent an email saying I was interested in coming back and wanted to know the status if my account . They got back to me and said I had an outstanding amount of $66.67 from 2014.No option given even know this was over 5 yrs ago and was from an account that I cancelled . It was so rude. It continued by saying I will ensure this is placed with our new collection agency and reported to your credit file . Not sure you think that a past due balance should go away if you wait long enough. All this because I wanted to come and buy a package at this location . I called the store and spoke with Jessica the Manager and was told there was nothing she could do as Customer Support is the highest level of Management . I explained that there was no name or contact information on the email . Again nothing Jessica could do ... therefore what started out as an inquiry turned into abusive treatment by the company and no one that I can even speak to about the treatment . So be aware this is how this company does their business. I would give them no star if it was an option . This is how big business works ... there is no actual accountability and no Managers ... if there was then they would have actually given me a person I could speak to rather than hiding behind an unaddressed email " customer Service ... PATHETIC"

Beds were really dirty on the top acrylic and was full of some else’s lotion. I Told the girl at the front it was dirty and didn’t say anything so I asked for the bottle of spray and she pointed to where it was and I cleaned it myself because I was about to leave, why would I pay to lay in someone else’s lotion, that’s gross. For a $15 drop-in you’re better off going anywhere else. I usually tan elsewhere but wanted a quick drop in while I was passing by on the highway and I definitely know to not go back .

I recently got my first spray tan and red light therapy session at Sunscape and the girl who helped me, Tara, was an absolute angel!! Best customer service ever!! Will definitely be back!! 10/10 and highly recommend

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received to date!!Rating is Zero for all categoriesWent in and explained to the staff member I was extremely sensitive and I burn easy. Under her recommendation she advised me to use a certain bed for a certain time as it was designed to “not burn” were her words. She even showed me the brochure with the same wording. I even made a comment that the bed may be too hot as someone just came out of it. She said you will be fine...a few hours later I was severely burnt and I mean burnt to a crisp. I was in so much pain I didn’t sleep for the following three nights.I had to cancel all my clients for work the following day as I could not clothe my body expect a light dress. I had to purchase burn ointment to help with the damage. My body was left to blister and peel (still peeling 11 days later and I’m leaving for a tropical vacation in two days. I’ve never seen my skin like before. Horrified by this experience and the lack of good judgment by the staff who said I would be fine. I went back two days later for a refund for the package I had purchased. I spoke to a man named Mathew. (Later to find out he was some form of management but never mentioned that in the ten or so minutes we spoke. Interesting that he couldn’t be upfront and honest about who he was.He took my contact info and agreed to have a refund $101 issued due to the terrible experience I had. I asked why he couldn’t do the refund there as I paid by debit and he said no refunds are done at store level due to security issues. Not sure why a little tanning salon would have security issues that big to deal with when millions of retailers offer refunds daily. Time to upgrade your system to the year 2019. My options were an e-transfer or check. It was a debit transaction so I obviously asked for an E-transfer asap. He said someone from their head office would be in touch very soon and here I sit 11 days later and no one has called, emailed or responded to the email I sent. I’ve called the Westview location three times to follow up and all I get is no I can’t do anything for you. Sorry I’m not aloud to give out Mathews number...there’s nothing I can do.So what does one do when the company does not offer a phone number because their business is only conducted by email. What day and age are you in anyway? It’s insane and so unprofessional.I will never, nor would I recommend this company. Try another company first.

After being away from Sunscape for around 15 years (I moved) I dropped in to see if I could get a tan. The woman behin the desk was super friendly and did a search to see if my old account was still in the system. After several tries she found it and set me up for a tan. The beds were really clean and bulbs were new. The rooms were comfortable and the perfect temperature. So glad I decided to stop. I will be visiting again when I come back to town before my next vacation.

I always like the look of their Sunless Tanning machine sessions, BUT the machine at Westview is and has been broken for a month. Don't trust it to work. They said it was fixed, I did a session and the next day have no color. Clearly only the 1st and last sessions in the multisession worked (base and sealer, no color). Same thing happened to me in December. Worst of all, the front desk can't refund my session. Needs to go through head office which makes zero sense. The tan spray never came out and yet I am being charged for it. I've emailed head office, but think this should be something the front desk can deal with.
