The Gambit Athletic Club
The trainers at this location are welcoming and professional to all clients new and exsisting. I was being trained by one of there trainers Chris and also recieving nutrition advice from there nutritionist Stephanie. I noticed great results and would reccommend this Athletic Club to anyone looking to better themselves and reach there fitness goals.

Another 5 star review? You better believe it! I was almost 300 lbs at my worst and I struggled at the gym alone for almost 6 years. I finally gave in and reached out to Gambit for some help. Two years later, I'm maintaining 165 lbs, getting stronger each month, diabetes medications are cut in half and all I had to do was show up, Chris took care of the rest!I can't thank Gambit enough for their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and ability to encourage me, in a friendly/super-clean environment. I have gained years on my life and walk a little taller these days, thank you all!

The facility is great! A great atmosphere with everything you need to meet your goals. Coach Pat is awesome! He’s motivating while at the same time easy to talk to. I’d highly recommend working with Pat if you’re looking to develop as an athlete.

My experience at the Gambit Athletic Club has been amazing! I've been doing personal training with Chris as well as attending group classes with Francesca and I'm so happy with my results. I've been attending the gym since it opened and it is one of the best facilities I've ever attended. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable , the facility is clean and has a wide variety of equipment available to use. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to make a change in their health or reach their fitness goals.

I found Chris at The gambit athletic club and got the results I was looking for over the summer. I play soccer for Vaughans u19 league 1 team and training with Chris helps me stay conditioned and prevent injuries. Amazing facilities 100% recommend for anyone especially athletes that want to get stronger and faster.

The Gambit Athletic club is one of the better facilities I have ever been involved with. All of the staff is incredibly welcoming and always willing to chat.Working with Patrick over the past year has been outstanding. I am not a professional athlete but I love playing recreational sports and learning how to properly train and grow within those sports the way that an athlete would has been something I never thought I could do. Thanks Pat!
