We're really happy we could shop local for our new appliance.

Once the appliances were delivered the installation guys needed a bracket shown in the Miele instruction manual. Contacted the sales staff who told me I was welcome to track down the part number myself. After wasting an hour on hold with the manufacturer who recommended contacting my local dealer for assistance I was able to find an appliance store in Calgary that had the bracket in stock for it customers. Very disappointed in the customer service in Lethbridge it drops to none once the sale is made.

The girl I've been dealing with and warranties has been exceptionally wonderful. I purchased a Samsung dishwasher that broke down within 7 months of buying it still under manufacturer warranty and Samsung has been absolutely miserable to deal with I have been waiting for a month to have my dishwasher fixed and Samsung will not speak to Baker's appliance and they have been answering Ron's appliance repair either so if there's anything I can say is that bakers you should drop Samsung. Don't ever buy a Samsung have got the worst customer service!Update - still fighting with Samsung but Bakers appliances is amazing and today the store manager said he would add his voice and do what he could to help resolve our dishwasher issue! Thank you Baker's appliance!

We have bought a microwave and dryer from them and got good service. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Great prices did not have to wait 2 weeks for new fridge and stove.Needed them same-day .didn't hear it'll be here in two weeks .

I had problems with my dryer, called and did everything over the phone. They listened to what I required, advised me what they had in stock we arranged a delivery set up and removal great company to do business with the delivery guys were great took care not to damage anything removed the old unit then fitted the washer back in place

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The salesperson who offered to 'help' us was the rudest human being I've ever encountered and I wonder if he has never spoken to another human being before. He rolled his eyes when we explained what we were looking for, told us we were wrong when we said we checked the website before we came and pointed out products that they said they had and he repeatedly said no. Everything we said we were looking for or wanted he told us we were wrong

I was looking for replacement food freshener and expiration indicator strips for my Maytag refrigerator. Neither business on site had any idea what I was looking for.
