There was a leak in the toilet of the condo I rent out. It kept the water running all night which kept the downstairs neighbour up. I immediately alerted Josh at JMF the next evening. He showed up on scene the very next morning and immediately fixed the issue. He was fast, friendly, affordable and got the job done!

Josh was awesome plain and simple. My hot water heater went down and within 24 hours he arrived and replaced it with a new unit. He was affordable and timely and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

Excellent company! Josh handled my A/C issue in a timely manner when no one local was available and travelled out during non standard work days. He’s friendly, professional and always kept me in the loop and explained the issues. He certainly does not overcharge. He really knows his stuff and my A/C never worked better, wish I had known about him sooner.

Josh from JMF Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome! We had sewage backing up into our basement and didn’t know what was causing it. I called JMF and Josh was able to walk me through the situation, provided advice around next steps, and was able to come out and fix the problem. Turns out the float on our septic tank pump had gone and needed to be replaced. Josh was professional, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Thanks again Josh for all of your help!

Had Josh in to fix a leaky bathroom sink. Ended up deciding to put in new vanity/sink and toilet. He was able to go with the changes and get the work done in a timely and professional manner. Would totally recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

Wow! I called Josh because my friend did not have companies call her back, or set up an appointment and never show up.That's not Josh.
