Very fast response to replacing my hot water tank that was still under warranty. Took all the headaches of warranty and dealing with the manufacturer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber. Shout out to Adam our technician as he did an awesome job and very professional.

Dealing with Brody and his crew was incredibly easy from start to finish. They were courteous, polite and above all, professional. From removing their shoes while in the house to taking the time to answer questions as they went, nothing was taken for granted. Something rare today that stands out is their work ethic. Pre and post install communications. We will be using Bromac again in the future and definitely recommending them to any friends that need their services.

The plumber arrived on time and pointed out an out of code P trap. However he did not find a leak. The leak we did experience prior to this inspection was more than likely due to the pull out hose connection which we found after your visit was loose and needed tightening.

Brody and his staff have repaired and maintained my Boiler for the past 5 years. He and his staff are on time, professional and only fix what needs to be fixed. There is no upselling and Brody successful negotiated with Navien head office on a warrant issue to fix what needed to be fixed on my boiler.I have and will continue to recommend Brody and his team friends and family. Thanks Brody and the Bromac Crew.

This service was good did the job efficiently and cleared my drain. My only issue was when I called to find out rates (which was cheapest around for first hour) that I wasnt told that if any tools are required snake etc its an extra $150-200 on top of first hour. Clearly if your calling a plumber chances are hes going to have to use tools not sure what their going to do in first hour? So $294 for 30 minutes to snake shower drain.

I was VERY impressed with the quick response and service I received on both occasions when I used Bromac. For that alone I highly recommend Bromac. Charlie was very professional, he used the time efficiently, and he explained things to me. It is refreshing to see a young man who has a good work ethic. Adam fixed the leak and heat issue I was experiencing in my home to give me peace of mind. Although I wasn't present when the repair was completed, I appreciate the professionalism. The company is very professional in all aspects. Jennifer, who answers the calls is very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

My son moved into a condo on Friday, turned on the water that had been off for awhile only to experience leaks in several places including the dishwasher leaking into the kitchen. Carson willingly came after hours that evening and would have gladly fixed all the leaky hoses to the dishwasher, taps etc immediately, but realized strata needed to have proper notice for water shutoff. He came back Monday morning and professionally completed all the necessary items. Very thankful for prompt, good service.
