I've bought many bikes, new and used, from big stores and small stores. And getting service that is this high quality is very rare and difficult.The quality, price, installation and general advice was remarkable.I will only come here from now on. I am so glad I discovered this place.(I bought a super nice 2nd hand bike that was much lighter and far better than a new one I purchased at Decathlon.Steve installed an anti-theft mechanism for the tires and gave me some great general knowledge about bikes.)

Not very customer friendly. The guy got mad because I asked for my receipt. He was super rude. I have the right to say no if I don’t like the price of a service. Never coming back again. Too bad, the store is nice and it’s a good location. It seems that they have a lot of things in stock as well. Just a problem of customer service and lack of proper education.

Amazing service! I broke my derailleur going up Robert Bourassa towards Rene Levesque and had to get it replaced. Folks at Mécanocycle were super helpful, friendly, and fast. Will definitely be my go-to place and would recommend to any bikers in the area.

Steve is the man. Honest, fair, and extremely passionate about his craft. He has a dream of a fixed gear cycle, and that's exactly what I want to see as a fellow fixed gear rider: the owner of the shop is also a customer. Speedy service since I caught him as most of Montreal embarked on vacation, but he didn't choose to slack off, instead returned my fully tuned up cycle with a new chain within 48 hrs. He even called me AS he was working on my cycle to let me know about an aesthetic defect that would not affect the function but he could take care of if I wanted, then he listed the pricing. I felt so taken care of. Some of the best service I've received from any shop of any kind.
