As a new home owner I was apprehensive about getting the roof replaced. I had heard about how the big roofing companies use contractors and and corners get cut. With Brokop, you have the owner himself up there on the roof ensuring quality work. Jared took the time to walk me through exactly what his team would do - and flagged some issues with my dormers that needed attention. He then did a real quality job on-time and on budget. The whole operation was friendly and very professional. I could not be happier.

We are in the process of completing the roofing of our small three unit townhouse strata located in the Rockland area of Victoria. As the attached photo confirms our was a reasonably complex project, and one that was critical to maintaining the ambiance and charm of the property. Extreme care needed to be exercised in order to limit any disruption or damage to the established gardens while meeting timelines that aligned with other trades including painters, new gutters, siding etc.The Strata looked at several companies and received a number of quotes before unanimously agreeing to go with Jared Brokop of Brokop Roofing. The job is in the process of completing, and we are happy to report it has been done on time, within scope and on budget. He has arranged for other trades on our behalf and co-ordinated work on the site to ensure completion in an orderly manner. His success is because he runs one crew, treats them very well and is personally involved in the project. He is clearly liked and respected by his people all of whom are hard working, well mannered and courteous; something that in todays world seem missing especially in the roofing trade. Jared and the crew are not only very capable professionals, they are also wonderful people and they do show that they are trying to help their customers! I met Jared while I was getting declined by all the roofers for a simple bathroom exhaust fan installation. He has never judged the size of the work and always helped me. Last winter, I had a roof leak on a stormy day, the crew showed up in the morning and tarped the roof, which saved me from significant water damage that could have occurred underneath the roof. I am thankful that I was able to find him and his business!

My roof had a leak, Jared was out to check it out promptly, and was able to patch it in lieu of scheduling the roof replacement.Jared took me up on the roof and showed me exactly what was wrong, and why it leaked, and what needed to be done to make it right.When the time came, his crew showed up exactly as scheduled, did a beautiful job, were done in 2 and a half days, and left the property (and the gutters) spotless. Jared and his team are really good at what they do. I was provided a very detailed quote that was less money than the other qoutes received. On time, professional, excellent attention to detail with the entire roof completed (including new plywood and ridge cap venting on a 2200 sq/ft house) in 1 1/2 days. Solid company. Highly recommended.

We have a very high, very steep roof and Brokop Roofing did an excellent job replacing it. They completed the work exactly when they said they would, for the price they quoted, no surprises or delays. The owner runs a great crew and is up on the roof himself everyday making sure things are done right. Can't recommend this local company enough, really conscientious and respectful.
