Worst cab company in first St. John they don’t even have a dispatch in Fort St. John like come on I already left a review but I guess they felt the need to delete it would not recommend calling this cab company the dispatch doesn’t know where you are they just hope for the drivers to know they are rude they say they’re gonna be there in fifteen minutes they call in fifteen minutes say that they’re gonna be another half hour then they call again and say sorry just fifteen minutes away the ingot into and accident with a driver and he kept driving like a maniac if you want a cab don’t call tech taxi that’s for sure

Called a cab at 8:47pm, they said they'll be 10 minutes. I called back in 20 minutes, and they said he's coming back from site c & will be another 10 minutes. I called again in 20 minutes & he LIED telling me he just got off the phone with the driver & will be 5 minutes. They never showed. The company is a complete joke.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would.I’ve been stranded at Walmart for half an hour at least. Turns out they never dispatched me a cab. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get picked up.Rude taxi drivers. Will yell at you if you are not outside when getting picked up. Honestly that’s a poor excuse to be agitated towards your customers. Especially if the wait times to get picked up is absurd.Sketchy business as well. The drivers never turned on the meter and would charge passengers individually even though you’re going to the same destination.If I ever come back to FSJ, I’m either using another taxi company or renting a car.

The taxi driver was a liar, said he would be right back and left us stranded at Canadian Tire in the middle of winter.
