Honda of Thornhill Service Centre

Sisley Honda was always great, hence the high ratings. However, Sisley sold it recently. The service is nothing like Sisley and they added an Acura dealership and Acura service centre to it.The whole place was super disorganized. There was no place to park the car for service. The four spots in the garage were full, as was the entire driveway into the garage.They don’t do a walk around before servicing it anymore.I was emailed a service advisor assigned to my car and the check in slip was dropped off with a different advisor.I was told a multipoint inspection would also be preformed. I have no idea if it was done or not as no results were ever provided to me.The complementary car wash is no longer provided.Myself and my baby were told to wait under the hot sun in the heat wave while they brought my car around as the garage was still full when it was time to pick up.

I recently had my car serviced at Sisley for Honda and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rodrigo was the service advisor who assisted me with my Honda Civic 2019 and he was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining the issue with my car's starter. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the problem before proceeding with the repairs. The service was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the service area and the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend Sisley for Honda to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance, and I will definitely be back for future service needs. Thanks, Rodrigo, for your help!

I visited due to a rear parking sensor problem and found out that someone hit into the car.Since it is not a defect on its own, it was found that the bumper bracket was also damaged while repairing it at the body shop.When I visited the service center, I was told that it could occur due to various circumstances.I would like to express my gratitude to Brandon, the manager who checked until the end and compensated for the repair cost, even though it may have been damaged when someone hit the car, not the fault of the Honda Service Center.

I recently brought my Mum's Ridgeline in for a recall. Everything went very smoothly. My Service Advisor took me through a walk-around of the vehicle to ensure that all of the lights were functioning properly and the tires still had plenty of wear left. The incredibly friendly staff offered me coffee or tea and a shuttle while I waited. All of this was despite the fact that I was in for a no-charge recall! I will definitely be returning here for any future maintenance on my various Honda vehicles!

I showed up to the Sisley Service bay with a dead battery on my 2012 CR-V, near closing time. The service staff was very helpful. I brought some of my own tools to install the battery, but one of the mechanics helped me with the install with his own tools. Thank you very much for your help! I really appreciate it. God Bless.

I have got my Honda civic 2020 from Sisley. I met a nice service advisor, Rodrigo. He is very helpful, polite and professional. I think he’s the best.

Thank you Sisley for Honda, for proving the adage, never take your car to a dealership for repairs."My wife's car broke down on the highway while I was at work. She took the car to the nearest dealership (Sisley).We asked for bare minimum service to get it back up and running to take to our own mechanic.They couldn't even accomplish that

I recently went to Thornhill to lease a crv Honda. Hector is very patient and he spent hours to help me find the option that fulfills all my requirements. Both Mike and Hector are very responsible and provided good service.

Best Honda service experience I've ever had. Markham Honda staff are rude and upsell you on unneeded services. Thornhill Honda is the best! Will return for sure!
