On June 16 I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch in to get the face re-glued. I got it back 2 hours later. On June 19, the face came off again. Brought it in again on June 21. I hadn't received a call that it was fixed so I went to the location on June 24, only to find it closed. I called and someone said they would text me with an ETA as to when it would open. I waited 2 hours and no text, so I called again. I was informed that the location with my watch is closed. I was told that I will get a call June 26 to pick up my watch. This is outrageous customer service and completely unprofessional!

Mike at Mobile Tech Lab was awesome. Explained everything and was very helpful with Fixing my daughter's iPad screen. The service was absolutely fabulous and fast! I have already recommended them a friend and will continue to recommend them. Thanks for being a awesome service! Will use them again when needed!

They are new to St. JAMES area. Dropped phone off with an issue and picked it up 30 min. later fixed. No charge. Great place to deal with. Will certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!!

Keeran is wonderful, I called looking for an iPhone 8 and he assured me he had one and would hold on to it for me. He even pulled out cases and chargers if I needed them but felt no pressure to buy. (I didn't need them) Definitely going back.

When I looked up the best reviewed tech place in Winnipeg, Mobile Tech Lab was top of the list. I wish I could say that my experience matched the top rating it received from so many others. I first brought my ipad in to figure out why it wasn’t charging. The guy said it was likely the charge port so that should be an easy fix. They called me less than a week later and said it was something else and it would cost a little more. A bit of a bummer but not a big deal. They called me again and said it was ready. I swung by and, Dakota (super great guy btw), brought it out and had me test it to make sure it worked. I turned it in and half the screen wouldn’t respond to touch. He tried it out and had the same result. First, he checked the notes on the repair and it said it had been tested by the technician (which it clearly hadn’t) and was good to go. He called his supervisor and asked what he should do and his supervisor said that I would have to pay for another repair. Well, that wasn’t going to happen and Dakota said he would see what he could do since the issue happened after they “fixed” it. I got a call about a week and a half later saying it was ready for pick up. I came by and, guess what, half the screen wasn’t working! After talking to the new guy, I found out that it sat there for a week and a half instead of being sent to another location to be fixed. Frustrated, I left my iPad again there with the promise that it would be fixed but I wouldn’t be charged any additional repair cost. Two weeks later, I called them and they said it was ready. However, when I got there it was STILL NOT FIXED! The screen still did not work. It also looked like it sat on the shelf for the last two weeks…again! The guy was super apologetic, but at this point I was pretty done with the whole thing. I spent close to 200 dollars and waited almost two months for a repair that I am still waiting on. Probably the worst experience I have ever had in getting something fixed. Because of all of this, I can only give them one star and that one star is for their employee Dakota for being a great guy throughout this mess.UPDATE: The owner of the company Giles personally reached out to me to talk about the situation. The fact that he took the time to do this in the midst of running the business while also being in the process of opening 3 new stores, shows he really cares about his business and his customers. He was incredibly apologetic and has done everything in his power to make things right. While the experience was not the best, the important thing for me is how they took this seriously and repaired (no pun intended) the problem. Thanks again Giles and co. Solid taking of responsibility and repair when things go awry!

What an amazing experience. The service was exceptional. They were kind had sense of humour and they were able to replace a battery in her iPhone 8 giving it much more life. Thank you. Highly recommend.
