Alena's Design
The owner was very rude. She is no longer taking new business. I entered her store yesterday and from across the room she shakes her head no. She states very rudely she isn't taking new customers. I asked her when she would be and she snaps NEVER, she wants to retire. I then asked her if she could recommend someone. Of course, she once again gives me a short no. Luckily, I found a wonderful tailor, through google, in south Everett who now is altering my garments.

Alena is a really good tailor her prices are really good and do not be turned off by the way her store looks the work is done beautifully. Alena is also very old school she doesn't take any cards and she hand writes her receipts so keep that in mind and be happy cause your clothes will fit :)

Don't let the outside of the building detour you! I have high expectations and her work is very good!! I won't go anywhere else. She's done some difficult alterations for me and they've always turned out perfect! Her prices are very affordable as well.

THE BEST. She is kind, efficient and professional. We had a men's suit's arms shortened, she measured my boyfriend quickly and had the suit finished in a week. You're also greeted by the cutest puppy when you enter her shop! I highly recomend coming to Alena! Don't let bad reviews scare you away.

We have been customers of Alena's for a VERY LONG time! There just simply is not a better place to go for alterations, and her prices can't be beat. My items are ALWAYS ready, as promised.This is not a fancy place by any means, but DO NOT be put off by that. Alena is there to get the alterations done, pure and simple.Oh, and be ready to show a little love for the ever-so-cute dachshund, Toby, who will most likely be near the front door!
