Pizza Hut Toronto

Our family have enjoyed Pizza Hut and this one in particular (I think it's recently moved from Queen Street up to Kingston Rd) has been really fast and consistent with their orders. I wonder if some of the meh reviews are more to do with childhood memories vs current reality. Our family still loves the the stuffed crust pizza, the wings have always been under-rated and one of my heathen children love the boneless wings (ugggg).

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. Cant really mess up the food here. I’ve gotten takeout and delivery and each time the foods been hot, fresh and tasty. The only time I did get a order for takeout the wait was longer then expected but not a huge negative. Customer service could be friendly but they get the job done.

Our fav pizza spot. Been getting the pizza here since they opened and it hasn’t disappointed. Love the crust!

Customer service was not good as I got sent away and refused service by the cashier for wanting to use my Buy 1 get 1 coupon provided by my carrier. The offer applies to specifically medium recipe pizzas, and after I presented my coupon code they stayed silent for a while before told me that they ran out of medium size dough". I get that coupons can be a hassle but at least put some effort into making a better excuse."

I placed the order online for pickup it was a breadstick with cheese and dipI received the order and there was no cheese why would you charge for cheese I specifically asked for it and I paid for itI called the office about this and she transferred me to the store contact number and the store disconnected the call is this the customer service??

Just pick up my pizza. Pizza was delicious but BOX WAS NOT PACKED properly. Plus, no greetings. He directly asked how will you pay?Some days are rough I get it, but you guys really read customer service 101.Lets see how next time you greet. My stars will improve. All the best.

Not worth the price and the customer service is bad/impractical. There were some ripple eating in there so maybe the one person working didn’t hear me but they need to have a sound on the door or something. I was waiting too long for someone to come to the front and no one did so I called the place while I was in there but no one picked up. The answer machine was also about to say my number out loud which I didn’t want strangers to hear. I had to peak behind the corner and tell the employee I was there for pickup. He looked annoyed

Terrible delivery experience. The order was to be here at 6:20 to 6:30. When I called no one picked up the phone. (I tried 3 times). When it was delivered at 7 I told the driver and he said everyone was complaining. He said last Friday night was just as bad. He said the owners will not listen to the drivers about unhappy customers. Pizza was good but the boneless chicken bites literally had a small splash of sauce put on covering 1 maybe 2 and the rest had no sauce. I will not order from this location again.

Horrible store. Last time the driver argued with me saying I didn't order pop. Call the store 25x after delivery with NO ANSWER. Called back driver to tell him he was wrong and owes me a pop and he did not pass msg to store, i didnt recieve the pop i paid for. This time they gave me 1 free pop from last time. This time I ordered same as last time, but on the website it doesn't allow u to remove items off pizza so u have to call back the store after every online order to tell them to remove mushrooms. So this time when I said same order as last time I assumed they knew not to add mushrooms because SAME ORDER MEANS SAME WAY U SENT THE ORDER LAST TIME. I'm so done with this store. All ways something. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Even if I am in the wrong for not making sure it was right, it's still their fault for the website changing to not allow u to delete items from a pizza. What's the point of online ordering if u have to call them back to change something. No wonder they have such a bad review
