Just had a new liner installed. We received top notch professional service from Bev and Ryan. Big shout out to Connor and Jackson for an excellent job with the install. I spent 4 hours calling 14 auto places to find a M12 x 1.25 x 35mm grade 10.9 bolt. Unfortunately the only thing I could get my hands on was a 40mm that I assumed by eye should be passable to limp home with relative safety.I was wrong, and after paying $50 for a taxi to and from the store and performing roadside repairs with a cheap 8 adjustable wrench in cold November rain the only option was to make up the 5mm after most auto parts places were closed.Enter: Beechmount PoolsI walk in just before closing with the inquiry "do you do pool installation?" Thinking if they did they would possibly have a variety of hardware and maybe a washer or 2 that would fit my bolt.They informed me they didn't do installation but proceeded to politely inquire about my situation. Most likely noticing the look of defeat after hours of effort to diagnose and resolve my roadside problem.After a pleasant conversation and laughing about the situation I was in they proceeded to go in the back with my bolt and look for something to accommodate the need I was in.This individual spent a good 20 minutes after closing at this point digging through things and managed to locate something to get me on my way.Thanks so much for all your assistance in helping me. We have used this company a handful of times for opening and closing our pool. Most recent opening was completed by Ben & Tyson - super friendly and helpful, did a fantastic job. Left our pool deck much cleaner than any other company we have used in the past. Appreciated that they took the time to tidy what they could and made sure we were happy with it. Very happy with our experience this year. Would definitely recommend.

Pool start up season is often difficult, and Beechmount Pools is the place to go. Recently, for myself, it was a pump malfunction, and miraculously they had the used parts to resolve the issue. (There’s nothing worse than watching your pool cool off, and cloud over, waiting for parts). The two managers are super knowledgeable about parts, as are other employees. Everyone else knows there chemistry inside out, invaluable during the springtime start up. (Water testing is quick and easy). Beechmount has gained my trust on numerous occasions since I discovered them a handful of years ago. Ryan, was particularly adept at detecting a small air leak, minimizing the potential repair. His crews were awesome during the process. While other pool companies are busy installing pools (and delaying customer repairs) Beechmount was able to respond quickly and professionally to my pool repair.

I have been dealing with the staff and owner at Beechmount Pools for many years and have never been happier. They are a top notch organization with a great attitude and professional demeaner. Highly recommended.

Great crews who have serviced our pool for nearly 10 years. All of the staff in the store are great as well. Their entire team is knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I have lacked on maintaining the pool, their expertise has brought us back to tip top shape. Trustworthy and reliable.

Thomas and Andres removed our water and old pool liner today in 35 degree weather. They were friendly, efficient and were able to get our pool ready for the new liner in no time. We are so impressed with their work. And they cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend!!!

Beechmount crew has been opening and closing the pool for years; always polite, efficient and have never had a issue. During this years opening a part of the pump system broke (because of age) and Ryan made a special trip to ensure it was fixed asap.
