Our family firm has done business with this brokerage, and it had troubling actions by them. We have held up to five properties, up and down the island, and we decided to sell one of them with them. The biggest red flag that came up was their own agenda, for the potential commission. An offer was made promptly on our property, from the same brokerage (with a different salesman); when that is is done it is usually to keep both sides of the commission. Due to been in the real estate business for years, my husband and I turned down this first offer, and the offer we accepted two days later, was 9% above the first offer. We are talking about ten’s of thousand of dollars, it was not a small sum.Honesty is the number one thing to have in business. If you do not have that, just move on. Some of them are acting in their best interests, not yours. Their is a lot of other realtors out their. And lastly their favourite saying was “I am on your side”. Their actions showed that was not the case.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dave & his team to sell our house. Communication was great every step of the way and we were very happy with their professionalism and overall service.
