Honestly been coming here for pet supplies and food for a few years now, and I've never had any issues ever. Not once. When food was out due to pandemic and orders weren't coming in like they use to, they helped me find food very similar in ingredients & price. They have charity draws etc, it's just really nice is all (^-^)

Just went in with my pup tho waste some time, and my pup got scared so he started barking a bit. And one of the workers thought it was a good idea to match his volume of bark with saying WHAT WHAT" in a annoyed voice at him. Even tho I explained he is going blind. And having a hard time she claimed she always does that to him

Their customer service is not adequate. They are unable to maintain stock of the food that they offer as a regular stock item. As such, I have on several occasions driven to Napanee only to be disappointed.Most recently, I had specifically requested 3 weeks ago that they have the item available, and provided my phone number to allow them to contact me. They didn't call, and upon arrival today, they shrugged and said: too bad someone else bought the only bag that we ordered."Never again."

This place is great. Staff is very friendly. Pet bath area is very clean, neat and easy access for yourself and your pets. Nice gated area, so no worries of your pet running out. We brouht soap but all supplies are supplied. Lots of clean towels. So much easier washing them here and not worrying about the mess at home. Easy clean up and blow dryer is great to make them nice and dry. Definitely a must for anyone with medium to big dogs. Treats are even supplied, for the pets.Plus, it is only $10 per per pet.

I was more than a little disappointed on how expensive everything in that store is.. That said the people who work there are very kind .. for that reason I give 5 stars.. pricing makes me want to give 3.. but I know it's not their fault.
