Great fast service and reasonable prices

I was referred to Brad at Quinte Glass by my mom and I am so happy I was. I had a nice crack on my windshield and when I was quoted by another “name brand” company I was quoted 1,000 more than what it cost me with Brad.Although that was amazing (we all need to save money) that is not why I am giving him 5 stars (and I wish I could give him more). His customer service was AMAZING! He was very kind on the phone and worked around my schedule for drop off. On top of that, he allowed me to pick it up the next day and ON TOP OF THAT he called me in the morning of pick up to see how far away I was so he could turn my car on for me. We just received a pile of snow and when I arrived my car was cleared off and ready to go. He even apologized for not turning my car on (I mean come on THAT is customer service).I will be going to Brad for any of my car window needs and will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Staff was very friendly. Glass was installed on time and there was no distortion in the glass. Good quality and price, with friendly service.
