Drop off was a bit tough as it appeared only one person was working and maybe the other two were in training. VERY busy on a Monday so might want to pick a different day to pick-up and drop off.

Montreal location gave great service - A special thank you to Patrick Thomas for the great personal effort he made to respond to our needs.

I give 2 star because the service offered was okay but the RV was simply awful. Granted, the interior was kind of cozy and clean enough, I guess... but the sound it made from barely there bumps or tiny imperfections on the road was just horrible. We couldn't hear each other talk and it was extremely uncomfortable and deafening. My husband was driving and he did say that it was also exhausting having to constantly keep the steering wheel from shaking too much. I will not be renting from here again.

This was our first time renting a RV and the process couldn’t have been easier! The Montreal location was great, they had everything ready for us to hop in and go, we did a walk around the vehicle, singed a few papers and were on our way. The vehicle was in great condition and everything worked like it should have. Overall it was a great first time experience and would definitely recommend!

Rented a standard RV for 19 nights for an amazing 3000km family trip around Gaspésie and New Brunswick, 2 adults and 2 kids. The RV had 40K on the clock and was in perfect working order. We had no issues. Pick up and drop off was easy and deposit returned promptly. I like that you are charged for the exact KM driven, rather than paying upfront for some that you might not use, as per some competitors. I would rent again from here.

From the first day Patrick was helpful and very professional. Being a first timer, all infos were clear and he answered all my questions.The 23A RV was perfect size for me and my furry babies. I liked so much I decided to buy one. Thx also Adam for your services.Thank you for the great experience.

HOW BAD of an experience we had. Due to the poor and dangerous condition of the vehicle we had to come home two days early.1. The Camper had bald front tires.2. The Truck shakes at 80 Klm. There is definitely an issue with the front end. That's why the tires were bald on the inside edges of the tires.3. The Camper was extremely dirty, and there was a bag of popcorn left by the previous renters. I would of thought that during these times of a global pandemic, An effort would of been made to deliver a properly cleaned vehicle. We had to work for 3 hours to clean it up before our trip.4. The Microwave DID NOT WORK.5. The Test Level Indicator was not functioning properly. Even after dumping our Black Water, it showed 2/3 full and after a short time, all water stopped because the unit thought that the tank was full.6. All of the exterior locks and latches had not been greased and worked very poorly. I spent several hours repairing and greasing them.7. Most of the hooks that are for hanging the curtain that goes between the cabin and the bedroom were missing. It would not of taken 2 minutes to replace them. This clearly demonstrates the lack of care and maintenance of the vehicle.8. The gear selector does not always work.9. The Battery terminals were extremely corroded. There is no way that this should not of been noticed on the inspection.10. When I called Cruise Canada with my issues, I was left on hold for ½ hour.11. The service and safety records are obviously falsified, You are endangering the lives of your clients by sending them out in dangerous vehicles.

Fantastic experience all around! Rented the large RV for 3 days, had a great time! Patrick at this location was awesome he explained everything perfectly and we didn't run into any problems. A++ Highly recommend this location to rent an RV!!

Disastrous Rental Experience at Cruise Canada's Montreal Branch:Compared to my previous rentals with Cruise Canada, my most recent experience at their Montreal branch was nothing short of disastrous. Despite the staff's assurance that they thoroughly inspect the vehicles before handing them over to customers, my rental was lacking essential amenities and the manager's response was extremely disappointing.First and foremost, when I picked up the RV, I was shocked to find that it did not include the hose required for dumping black and grey water. This is an absolutely essential item for any RV rental, and its absence severely hindered my ability to properly maintain the vehicle's sanitation during my trip. It's baffling how the staff could overlook such a crucial component, especially when they assured me that everything was checked and in order.To make matters worse, there was also no washer fluid in the car. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but it became a significant problem during my journey, as I encountered dirty roads and unfavorable weather conditions. Visibility was compromised, and I had to endure the hassle of constantly searching for a gas station to refill the fluid.What truly shocked me, however, was the manager's response when I brought these issues to their attention upon returning the RV. Not only did they display a complete lack of concern, but they also showed a disrespectful attitude throughout our interaction. Not once did they offer an apology or show any willingness to rectify the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was of little importance to them, and this left me feeling utterly disregarded and disrespected as a paying customer.I expected a certain level of professionalism and accountability from the management. Regrettably, my experience fell far short of these expectations. The lack of essential equipment, coupled with the manager's dismissive and disrespectful attitude, made for an incredibly frustrating rental experience.I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as a wakeup call for the company to improve its practices, address customer concerns, and provide the quality of service they claim to offer.

We absolutely loved our experience with the staff at Cruise Canada, they were all very friendly and very helpful. The van was great, from inside and out. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time, it drove beautifully and we returned it in perfect condition. Having a generator onboard (7 sleeper) was VERY handy, it meant we were able to stop anywhere and use onboard power if there was no power outlet/s around. The only personal issue we had was with the bedroom's vinyl covered mattress. It seemed great when testing it by pressing down on it with a hand, but when laying down on it for hours and hours, it was very very firm and rather uncomfortable for a good long night's sleep, we felt it couldn't mold itself around us. The thick vinyl surrounding the mattress is obviously for easy cleaning, if necessary, but it sacrificed the comfort and enjoyment of falling to sleep and waking up fresh. We'll definitely hire another one, but we will come more prepared with a mattress topper next time. (* We did notice that the Black Water tank, when fully emptied, still read 2/3 full every time, otherwise everything was in perfect running order).
