I love shopping here in person, but please DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE.I made an order online about 2 weeks ago, they don't tell you on the website that the prices aren't actually converted to Canadian Currency and on their Canadian website. The prices they have displayed on their Canadian website is in US currency so when you think you are getting a deal think twice.After I purchased my items for $115 thinking I got a steal, it wasn't actually until I loaded up my banking app to see that I had been charged $180!!! When I called Torrid Customer Service, they explained to me that none of their prices displayed on their CANADIAN WEBSITE are actually converted to Canadian currency. Does this make any sense at all???Torrid, you should at least inform your customers PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE that your prices ARE NOT ACCURATE and they will CHARGED MORE AND CHANGED WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.On top of this all, I needed to return 2 of the items which I had purchased online. I called Kingsway Torrid and they informed me I could return online purchases in store, great. I bring my items to return along with the tags still attached to the items with the receipt and she informs me after the refund that it will take 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Such a joke, I have been to other stores where I have had to return items and it NEVER took that long ever to process a return.Save yourself the time and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH TORRID.

Omg never new about this place. Love the clothing line and sizes. They actually have nice patterns and colours. Only downside is it is a bit on the pricey side.

Worse experience of my life. Unhelpful staff and a very rude manager. Clothing more expensive than the website. Everyone was mean girls and I would never go back. Will never shop at the store again, only go on the website.

Did not acknowledge us when walking in. Still no help walking around. Found our own stuff to try on, again no help. Asked for another size, got a snippy “No” and then asked if they could bring something in or look at another store . This was a different employee who also had a snippy “ No”. Have bought from torrid in other locations and they have been wonderful. Always have trouble at this location. If you don’t like your job…. Leave.Pretty embarrassing when this was a gift card with a pretty decent amount on it and you treat your customers like this.This happened on Dec 28, Approx 11:00, maybe you could narrow it down to employees and give them some happy pills.The girl shopping is very shy & has a hard time asking for help and then gets treated like that. Not right at all!!!!

Overall tiny location, not too much to see, but the staff are all smiles and you can try sizes on for a feel and access most items online.

Fairly pricey but I love the clothes and actually feeling comfortable while shopping as a plus sized woman

I attended Torrid twice to purchase outfits for a friend's birthday party and for a gala. Both times I had no difficulty finding cute outfits, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dressing rooms were a good size and the lighting wasn't awful like most places.

My worst Torrid experience ever. First of all, I was in the store for about 20 solid minutes. During this time, I did not see one human who represented the company and mentioned this to my husband. Once I was done gathering what I wanted to try on several minutes later, again, there were no Torrid humans in sight. So, I helped myself to a change room which was open and unlocked. While trying on my items, an associate attempts to unlock and open the door to the change room I am in. My husband declares, someone is in there. She says, Oh

Absolutely amazing experience. I walked in and the store was a few degrees cooler than the general mall temperature which was so appreciated. The change rooms not only had a fan in them, but a little control panel for it. Fantastic customer service and overall just a great vibe in the store.

Worst service in Kingsway. The woman Jessi made me feel bad for being in the store. Nobody should feel that way for trying to buy pants. I will never go back or buy online. Goodbye Torrid.
