Run by good honest people! Returned my diamond ring that I had left in my suit, Great customer service and prices. Clothes come back clean and on time. Plus no one comes close in term of prices. I highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!Since they got bought out, the new ownership does not do a good job at all. They said they sent my jacket to be recleaned, but they did not. The same note was on the jacket both times I went to pick it. Lint was all over it and the stain. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They would not refund me.

There services are really very good. I would like to say that they washes, sanitizes, and packages everything to ensure the highest standard of cleaning. Expert cleaning staff accommodates any special client pre-requisites, depending on need.Thank you so much, common dry cleaners.

Great service. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a dress that was badly stained and other places could not remove it. They took the time to get it out and the dress looked like new. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the worst dry cleaners in the world. They made a hole in my dress and didn't clean it properly. The color of the dress also seems much darker. They won't take accountability. I do not recommend this place at all not even for your every day wear let alone dresses and other attire . Will not be going back at all.

Great Customer Service.Friendly staff.This place does a great job. I often don't even know I have a moth hole or a snag until they point it out... sometimes they'll call to tell you something is damaged and how do you want to be proceeded..or if you have missed something back there accidently? You never have to wait to be served. This is a high quality dry cleaner and as such, it can be a little more expensive with some stuff repectively than most. But it's worth it to me. My clothes always smell and look clean...Well done guys keep it up.

If there was a Negative option, that's what these guys would get from me. I brought in a white dress shirt to get it dry cleaned along with a suit. They ruined my shirt completely. When I went to pick it up the shirt had mutliple threads coming out of both sleeves. The suit didn't look clean either. I showed them what they did and they said it's not their problem as it gets sent in to get cleaned and they're not responsible. Uhhh WHAAAT??? If you don't care about ruining your clothes, then use them. First and last time I ever went to them. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

What a lovely customer service and give a reasonable price to everyone.

I saw them assault a costumer after they damaged several of the customers pieces. I spoke to the customer after and she explained that the owner would not help solve any issues and refused to take responsibility for the damaged clothing. I was driving by and saw the woman owner push the customer out of the store. Absolutely disgusting people own this business, and turns out this is an on going thing by reading their reviews. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

I've had the worst experience at this dry cleaning place this afternoon....the woman at the counter lied in my face about the prices to clean my winter jackets. I drove away with a receipt then she called me about 10 minutes later and told me that she has to charge me a lot more because she just realised that they are brand names jackets. While I was there she inspected each of my jackets and told me the first one was $18 and then after I left she called and said it is now $40 (and it's just a no name wool coat). I drove back to the store and reminded her of the order in which she inspected the jackets and the prices we agreed upon....I have the receipt to prove it. When I came back to speak with her she couldn't look at me in the eyes and kept shaking her head that she didn't tell me those prices and she didn't remember which one she looked at first....I told her that she shouldn't be lying to customers. Its ok to admit a mistake if that was the case but don't lie. I have the receipt that she provided with the prices on them. It took her about 15 minutes to figure it out when I dropped it off. I asked for the owner's contact information she said he is in England and she can't provide it. Needless to say I took my jackets back and walked out of the store feeling disturbed. If the owner is reading this review....I suggest that you review and investigate the incident...Wednesday May 9, 2018 from 6 PM to 6:40 PM which covers the drop off and when I came back to take back my jackets. I have a copy of the receipt if you need it. You should review the video footage hopefully with clear audio so you can see and hear how your employee lied to a customer. This is simply unacceptable. For the rest of us....please stay away from this place to save yourself some grieves.
