Had gotten tints done from In N out!they had applied 30% ceramic tints to the front two windows. I wish that I could go darker but that is the legal limit!They also have an amazing waiting room with complimentary coffee on the second floor which overlooks the shop so you can see your car being worked on.Recommended!

Don't go please don't go at all their wash will scratch your car.Owner savraaj is rude and did not want to take ownership of his fault.Even his employees agreed it was the fault of the machine wash.

Terrible service. Paid for thr best package which doesnt really consist of much. They used way too much product that there were puddles on my mat from the polish, There was run down from the shine on my side doors, They left half tge garbage in my car, stains and dirt still in my leather seats they missed half of stains in my car. I had to come back home and spend another 45 mins finishing the job i paid $80 for. Crazy. Would 100% recommend thr one on airport. Would love for the owner to contact me.

The staff was very friendly and it was a definite improvement, as my car needed a clean. However, they left everything soaking in my car and told me if I just kept the heat on for a half hour everything would dry. It has been three days and I’m still getting condensation on my windows. I also was told I needed to go home and lay my floor mats out because they were soaking wet, which I did. When you pay over $200 for a mostly clean job, don’t expect to have to run my car for hours trying to get all the moisture out.Update: My car finally dried out completely about 5 days later, but had left water marks on all of the windows. I will have to clean all of them again. I was never offered the option to leave it there so it could fully dry out. I’ve had my car detailed many time at other places and this has never happened. Again, would not recommend.

Today I took a black Hyundai SUV in for full detailing, interior and exterior. The job they did was abysmal. There were several new, deep scratches on the doors and quarter panels. They didn't even clean the bugs off the nose before just waxing over them. The mats were returned in the trunk, still dripping with soap foam, not even fully rinsed. If giving zero stars was an option I would have given it. Their other location at Airport and Williams did a better job last summer but they took 8 hours for a promised 3 hour detail. Never bring your car here.

The automated car wash looks vibrant and new, the host was warm and polite, but the letdown was the 2nd half of the wash process where they tidy the interior and dry off the exterior. Not much attention to detail. The windshield was not wiped properly and the front bumper was not touched.

I called the airport location to book an appointment. They advised they no longer take appointments, the Cottrelle location does. I got to the appointment and they took my car in right away. They didn't confirm my service booked nor did I.I booked a basic interior and exterior clean.I received an interior shampoo and exterior washWhen I advised the person cashing me out, he was nice and gave me a $50 discount.I really like the service they provided so I didn't mind paying the extra.The lounge was great, I attached some photos.Overall, I will return in the future but WILL confirm my service when I arrive.
