Exceptional experience all around! We really enjoyed EVERYTHING from start to finish! The sales rep was amazing and the delivery was perfect too! We are absolutely loving every single one of the meat products! We highly, highly recommend!! 10/10!

The meat is Amazing!! My family is always happy with everything we get. The rep and delivery guy are always fantastic as well to deal with. The delivery is always prompt! We have been super impressed and can't wait to order more!

We did this for convenience and quality. The regional sales woman who made the sale was pushy, but that’s in her job. It wasn’t over the top. The freezer was smaller than expected- which is a good thing. 11 square ft. The deliver guy was friendly and thorough. He had 2 orders to deliver and the others order was integrated into our boxes so we had to spend some extra time with him sorting. We are missing 1 case of the salmon filets. Update 2 months in: the driver delivered the salmon the next day. All meat is decent. Chicken thighs are mostly bone and cartilage, ground chicken is pasty/sticky but makes great chicken nuggets, salmon is discoloured and packaging is loose- not vacuum sealed well. Not ALL meat is from southern/central Ontario as they advertised, but most seems fit. Don’t do the pantry stock- it’s not worth it. It’s a lot, but not worth the price tag… do it yourself in one big costco trip if you want it. They make it sound good when they say the weekly price, but don’t forget that that’s a lot more monthly. I’ll be back to update after we’re through all the meat for a better review!UPDATE: the salmon is gross, the chicken thighs are NOT WORTH IT and good luck talking to anyone after the freezer is dropped. Their customer service or horrible and they won’t return your calls.Conclusion: the first time ordering is a learning curve for you to place an order that better suits the quality and your needs for the next time. We will place another order, but wish we had more knowledge on the quality of certain products and customer service in advance.

Consumer protection ontario is a great resource when dealing with companies like this. You have a 10 day cooling off period when a contract is signed in your home during which time you can change your mind. I won't even go into detail about our awful experience with this company. Do your research and know your rights.

I would not even bother to share a review if it wasn't for such a bad experience. Felt that the sales person misrepresented the amount of meat we would receive. First, the total came to $5600 for the year ($110 / week) , we got a discount for having our own freezer which ended up being $100/week instead of $110 but over 56 weeks instead of 52 so it ended up being the same thing. We didn't mind because we were told that the amount and quality of meat was well worth it. We had the shipment of meat come to our door in which we were extremely disappointed. May have lasted our family 6 months tops. We were told each case was about 20lbs, the largest case we received was 11lbs. When I called the rep she flat out said that I may have thought I was getting 20lb cases but that is not what I was getting" and I could not refuse the shipment as I had signed a contract! I was within my 10 day protection period so I refused it anyway. Again

great company. the custom meats have been wonderful and tasty! and having everything at our fingertips and in our new freezer they provided for us is beyond handy. we will definitely be reordering for years to come. highly recommend!

My family signed up for their gold service which was supposed to feed a family of four for a year. We were told by the sales associate (Tad) that we would receive three deliveries a year. As our food was running low at the four month period, we called to make our second order. We were informed that we only receive one delivery per year and after several empty promises and no return calls. We were stuck paying $130 a week for the rest of the year even though we had run out of food after 5 months. This is a scam service that is run by incompetent service representatives. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Absolutely terrible and no accountability for the lies told at the beginning of the service.
