Shawn at New Age did an amazing job on my 2 white chairs in my home. He was on time, and explained what he was going to do. He even pointed something out that was a defect in the chair that I never noticed before. He was very kind and polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with my chairs before he left. I would definitely recommend Shawn at New Age and will be using them again. By the way my 2 white chairs look as beautiful as the day I brought them into my home. Thanks Shawn.

The light colours of my carpet and mid century furniture reflects the light in the limited space of my living room. The downside, you can see the dirt. Two carpets were picked up and cleaned offsite while we were vacationing, and Shawn took care of placing rugs that looked like new just where they belonged. Shawn hand-cleaned the mid-century sofa, loveseat and armchairs where hand cleaned, and then machine rinsed/wet vacuumed. Honestly just like new, and stains including a rust stain that I thought was permanent just disappeared. Shawn is warm and professional. My couch looked like it had just arrived brand new directly from the factory after he was done with it after my dog had made a mess all over because of a stomach upset. He was also very accommodating and prompt when I urgently needed him to swing by my home to clean my couch the next day. Upon arrival he knew exactly what to do and made the process very smooth and seamless. His professionalism speaks volumes about how much he cares for his customers. Shaun did a great job of cleaning 4 polyester kitchen chairs and was even able to remove an oil-based stain. It looks like new. He also did a thorough job cleaning my leather couch.Highly recommended.
