I don’t often write reviews , but today was my first time here , and they made me feel welcome even with my experience level were patient with me and complimented my strengths and let me aware of things I can improve all well making me feel like I’m in a safe environment to learn a new skill , I recommend this place , staff is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

I had high hopes but was really let down here. I had to try three times to make contact with anyone through their website. Then I went to a BJJ class and we were learning how to dodge punches and take down our opponent (not actually BJJ). I was told that I wasn’t able to spar on the open mat because it was only available for people who had been to their club more than 30 sessions. I’ve been doing BJJ for over a year and before that Judo for 3 years so I have experience sparring. I have a bronze medal for a provincial comp. Anyway I was looking for a spar but didn’t get one so won’t go back. I gave it two stars because the facility is really nice.

Great place to train. Good facilities. Coaches and students are very friendly and welcoming.

Great gym. Quality instruction, good guy vibes. No contract and you can pause your membership when you need. All in all the best gym.
