Staff just stand there and don't help, then take a long time to get the shoes from the back.

i love soft moc. their shoes are great. usually their service is wonderful. i came in here with my partner as she needs new shoes for work. there were two different employees, a man and a younger girl. neither of them asked either of us if we needed assistance, the girl at one point pushed my partner out of the way in an aisle instead of staying excuse me which is not appropriate in any case, never mind the whole covid aspect of things. we stood with about 5 pairs of shoes in ours hands between the two of us, the man was nowhere to be seen, and the girl was standing at the front of the store on her phone. after about 10 minutes of literally no help, we left. the girl was standing at the till visibly scrolling on her phone. i’ve worked i customer service for literally 16 years and this is quite possibly the most useless sales staff i’ve encountered at any retail location regardless of shop.

The service is horrible. Tried calling, the guy hung up on me, and when I did get through, he had no idea what he was doing.. Cheese and rice!!

A quarter of the store is a mass. 2 employees were busy setting up, only 1 employee was helping customers.

Softmoc is a great store for shoes. I love how they have every single brand of shoes. I wish the store was little bigger in size to carry more variety and brands separation. I do end up finding stuff at other locations of Soft Moc but this one is congested.

Visited the Tsawwassen Mills location on boxing day in the later afternoon/evening and as expected, the store and the mall were packed full of people. I managed to get the store associate Marissa's attention and although you could tell she was exhausted from what I assume was a very hectic and busy day, she was still very willing to help and went above and beyond with offering suggestions and solutions when I could not find the size/style I was looking for in the store.I have not had very positive experiences in SoftMoc locations, but this one definitely stood out as a positive one and on none other than one of the busiest shopping days. Keep up the great work Marissa, thank you for your help with the Blundstones!

Customer service here is horrendous. Experienced a really cold and rude staff member. She was super rude to us and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Watched as people working there chatted having personal conversations while customers were clearly in need of some attention and help. This was awful.

Had a problem pair of slippers. I was offered a refund, exchange or a different type of slipper. I went home with very comfortable slippers and a gift voucher in my pocket for the difference in the price. Love it

I was drawn into the store by a pair of slippers I spotted in the window. The price was over my budget so I asked the store associate Parneet, if there were other similar styles.She came over with the beautiful pair of slippers I am currently wearing!Thank you so much Parneet!I love them!
