The Money Tree Payday Loans

I went back to that place and kept coming to get another chance however I did got that but Janet changed her mind and wouldn’t helped me at all. I gave her all the documentation that she told me to get her however it’s not good enough for her business. She wouldn’t listen to anything. She’s rude and the policy of “done burrowing” is a stupid policy to have. Money tree needs a new policy. Janet shouldn’t be working at that place and says she cares and wanna help their customers but clearly she just want to refuse and not listen. I like the other employee and she’s very understandable and listens to anyone.

I called to get information, I found the person I spoke with, very rude, and not helpful at all, and they spoke too fast, to really understand what was being said. I was thinking about going there, then decided against it. I did not feel like they really wanted to talk to me.

Janet was very friendly and helpful will definitely go there for all my check cashing needs and tell my friends. Some banks hold checks for 5 days on deposit money tree is fair and reasonable. Keep up the great work Janet!!

Not helpful, very bad customer service. After being told what needed 3 times and made feel bad. I finally gave up and went to money mart , got 4 times more money with no hassle and friendly people. The staff should be replaced with someone that actually cares. Made me feel very unwelcomed . Awful experience

I have been going here for at least 4 years now & I just don't understand how an employer could keep around an employee who's constantly rude & short with customers!! Janet... You took this job knowing very well you would be dealing with customers on a regular basis, it's a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!!! If you can't deal with people everyday, then find another job!!!!!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when I failed to make a fewpayments on my loan. they were very patient with me and I thank them very much for being patient. I would recommend moneytree to my friends and family for any loans or payday loans. thank you once again.

Terrible service. The woman was looking for a reason to reject me before I even had all my paper work out and explained my situation. I actually had to ask her to let me speak. Definitely not recommended!

VERY RUDE. SHORT HAIRED BLONDE WOMAN HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The brunette was nice and helpful until the bigger blonde woman starts finding the most ridiculous things and doesn’t understand banking at all, talks over you, won’t let you speak and rolls her eyes all while you’re simply explaining things. “I WORKED AT A BANK I SHOULD KNOW” she yells. I was polite both times she requested ridiculous things be changed. After having every piece of correct information needed, due to her own principles and morals she did not want to be proved wrong and just pushed the paper work back under the glass. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. If that were an employee of mine she would’ve been FIRED immediately. Would NEVER recommend.

Rude staff! Running around grabbing all the necessary papers she asked for and more, being rude and whispering about how little to lend. Offensive racist behaviour.

If I can rate it - 5 stars I would. The lady is super rude. Ive cashed a cheque there in the past, today I went after work and the lady told me she couldn't cash my cheque cause head office closed my file" .. umm okay? I had proper I.d proper cheque not even opened or anything. SHE WAS JUST TO LAZY TO MAKE ME A NEW FILE..... super super rude too. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired."
