Our poor boy had not been groomed in approximately 6 months due to COVID-19 (he was due right when everything started shutting down) so his fur was ridiculously long and knotted. Tracy did a wonderful job!! It took her 4 hours but she was able to get him all cleaned up. Our boy loved her and kept going in for more kisses before we left.

You can immediately tell that she cares about the dogs!Helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair .... all of these are true as well ... but her gentleness and love of the dogs was the most important to me.Thank you for taking the time to teach me how to properly maintain my miniature schnauzer's ears today. Anyone with a Pug knows how difficult and stressful it is getting their nails trimmed. They are very dramatic. My sister recommended I try Tracy and I am so thankful I did. Peppa Pug, for the first time, just whined - usually she yelps & screams. Thanks again Tracy - your gentle coaxing made this the best experience yet for Peppa.
