I want to give them a 0 star rating, I owe enterprise money . And I was no longer to pay them 300$ a month like I was previously, because I’m a single mother and can no longer afford that amount monthly. I was contacted by a lady Janice Powell , about my owing. I politely asked if there was any way we could set a payment plan for what I could afford. She rudely asked why do I pay monthly for a brand new car from Honda , but can’t pay enterprise monthly? Mind you at the time I got my car my daughter was a new born and it is essential, and I was paying off enterprise consistently. She then went on to say I shouldn’t be paying Honda then , and I should be paying them instead. Lady you don’t know my situation at all. I then called the office to speak to someone superior , and make a formal complaint and get my account transferred to someone else , and when I called the man (I guess who where’s in charge ) answered . I said hey I’d like to make a formal complaint and he seemed bothered and annoyed and said “ what is it ? “ like I shouldn’t be allowed to make a cokplaint. I explained the story to him and he went on to say there’s no problem with that and “ sounds about right “ very unprofessional. He said I’m the one who sounded unprofessional but me and him both know if anyone heard that phone call itd be his fault. I then said I want to speak to someone higher than you whoever runs the company that’s not you because you don’t own it. He proceeded to say “ I’m at the top of the food chain there’s no one else “ and “ call me when you have money to pay “ and “ you should stop paying Honda “ . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

This is a collections agency so they trigger bad feelings from first contact but they could work on there approach and curtesy. They trying to collect money from me for a mistake made by enterprise on a car rental coverage by insurance claim. They had my credit card on file and apparently “forgot” to charge me for something. When I asked for details of what the charge was I was offered a number for enterprise to find out. When you are asking someone for money you better be prepared to explain in detail why. These guys think they have power and can do whatever they want. We will see about that

Nobody likes collection calls, but I got one from this company from an Enterprise rental that I apparently got a parking ticket on (whoops). Enterprise never sent me any letters to notify me of this, so alas it went unpaid, but this company was just doing their job in collecting from me. The agent left me a very polite message, and when I called back, was very polite, friendly and courteous. If I am going to get a collections call, then I'd hope for it to be from a guy like this, lol! Thanks Will.

I really with I could give this place a negative rating. I had already called the ORIGINAL place where Credifax had said was from and they said I don't owe them anything, I then proceeded to report to the police for Scam/Fraud. They backdated the letter in an attempt to scare me into paying. The collector spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and highly aggressive. They wouldn't listen to a word I said, I tried emailing them with proof that I had spoke to the original place and yet all i got was another letter in the mail threatening in the Collection Division. With this, I find it very unsettling these people have my address and know my full name.

You people are scammers, my insurance company Economical rented a car for me and after about 3 on the if returning the car, you guys want me to pay unexplainable $107.64, you have been threatening me with credit bureau, I ready to go to court to put stop to your questionable ways of your doing business.

Apparently I owe money to Enterprise, meanwhile I've never had my license/used any sort of service from them.Scam!

SCAMMERS!!!says I owe money to enterprise rent a car while I don’t EVEN HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE!!!! And I have never used any services from Enterprise, probably stole my personal information from who knows where.Don’t give them your money!!!

What a joke of a business. Andrew called me with nothing but a nasty attitude saying you need to pay now and IMMEDIATELY! I hung up and called back a week later. The little desk lady sent me right back to the same guy. Once again ANDREW was rude so I hung up.I dont know who you people think you are behind a desk but try talking like that to my face and see where that gets you.Andrew told me he is the ONLY person can talk to lol like clearly you arent!Never will I call back back or talk to this joke of agentcy

they've harrased me for over a year now trying to collect over 1900$ that has turned into 2200$ from an insurance scam them and enterprise pulled with eacother. but I won't have it... ive offered EVIDENCE to each collector" that has emailed me...with PROOF (PICS AND VIDEO) of this car that it was perfectly fine before we brought it back. LITERALLY A video and pics took 10 minutes before drop off(and my father followed me as a ride home NOW AS A WITNESS)..what REALLY gets me is they NEVER SAY YES PLEASE SHOW US EVIDENCE...and the original charges said there was scratch on the car most likely caused from someone in a parking lot...hitting my door ...and driving away?.. YEA...OK So then I get pics of the car a month or 2 later with A BRAND NEW DENT above the wheel(looks like the manager or mechanic took a SMALL SLEDGEHAMMER and gave it one good whack right above the wheel!!) And also it says there's over 100+$ in other random charges...make sure u have evidence against these rental companies guys cuz honestly the enterprise guy tried pulling a scam on me for up to 2300$ now(accumulated interest) that I'll NEVER pay because I KNOW I didn't cause ANY damage and have evidence...as for credifax...everyone is rude...they HARRASS you for YEARS with letters....And don't leave u alone(but if you KNOW your in the right DO NOT give into them) there all scammers."

Scam company, will try to threaten/deceive you into paying bills that do not exist.
