Was able to schedule a quick appointment and Keira did a great job with my haircut today! Havent gone for a hair cut in 5 months and she was able to do better than what I asked for. Service was great and price was affordable. Will definitely return again.

Been there once and was last for me. The young lady who cut my hair was super uncomfortable with me and made me one. Worst customer treatment (wonder how did she earn the certificate as it was hanging over there). Was totally a so called town experience (usually I don’t believe the stereotype)…god bless them

I hope inexperienced staff would know their limitations and would say no to a haircut if they think they can not deliver. I asked for a certain haircut, pixie hair, showed the picture. The end result is not even close to it. The lady that did my hair was very uncertain with what she was doing. Not my fist time having a pixie hair, I usually give my hair dresser the freedom to do the cut, as I am not not scared to cut my hair short. But this lady feels like she has no idea what she was doing. When I got home my husband said my hair was not evenly done at the back. I had to get it fixed. I probably will not go back to have my hair cut done in this salon again.

The stylist was nice, unfortunately the cut was uneven, the salon itself is very grungy, ie: dirty plywood floors, other people's hair all over the stations and the floor, it was dusty, the stylist used the same cape as the previous person as it was covered in hair that was not mine, and the stylist stopped what she was doing to help a coworker figure out how to order fast food on her cell phone.

Went to cutters to get my hair done and the woman who did my was very polite and talkative made me feel very at ease and comfortable. The environment at this salon was very welcoming and my hair was done exactly how I wanted It absolutely loved it and and will always come here

Never have an issue with these ladies. Always helpful if I am undecided about what I want. Prices are decent for the services they offer.

My wife went in and got her hair cut from Kiera. She doesn't get haircuts very often and was excited to get it cut. She asked twice that it not be cut to the length of her chin and still ended up with her hair cut to the length of her chin. What's worse is that the haircut was extremely uneven and very poorly done. My wife finally got a chance to look at her hair in the mirror before bed and when she noticed how terribly it was cut she said to me that she could've done a better job herself. She then broke into tears at seeing just how poorly done her hair was.She went out the next day to get hair clips and head bands to be able to hide just how terribly her hair was cut.I can't drive this home enough - my wife ended up in tears because this hairdresser couldn't listen to instructions and did a very very poor job.Will not return.

This was the best experience ever. Best service and stylists. Managed to fit me in last minute and I look Effing amazing. Thank you !
