Zero complaints from him about the workload. My favorite part was his insight. Instead of entering homes and quickly finding reasons for us to like, he was inspecting plumbing, pulling reports up, reviewing the neighborhoods for upcoming developments to give us a full scope of what to expect such as extra costs.
