So I went in for my first time, not knowing anything about dying my hair not using an all in one Walmart box. I was excited. I found the colour I wanted but didn’t know what to use with it. I read the box but didn’t know where the developer was or where to look for it. I excitedly went up to explain to the girls at the counter that I’m new to this and for some help…they read me the same direction from the box that I just read and stood behind the counter. Thanks for your lack of assistance! I just left and found much better help at a competitors store.

Tanveen made my experience at Sally seamless! She was super friendly and took the time to ensure I was choosing the right product (hair extensions) and took the time to show me the product and help me colour match. I highly recommend this Sallys location! It was honestly delightful :)

This is the Best place to get all your hair care items! Best quality for the everyday person! I will only ever purchase my hair dye and my daughters hair dye’s from Sally’s! If you want a great product that does not break the bank then this is the place to go! Prices are the best and the care the Specialists provide every visit is the best I have seen!

I went in and the worker was very helpful didn't get the colour i was hoping for wanted something brighter but she was still very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish :)

I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. I went in being prepared to dye my hair for the first time, I vaguely knew what I needed and one of the ladies from the staff helped me choose the permanent color, developer, suggested me a hair mask. Everything went great

My daughter and I are visited this location twice in the last couple of days. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager, Kim, spent so much time with us answering all of our questions and providing very in depth information. Kerri also helped answer our questions and again, great information and advice. I'm very impressed with the high level of customer service and this is now my go to store. Thank you!

The girl I dealt with was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. They have very reasonable prices and I would highly recommend this establishment.

Whenever I go in this location, the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Keri has been especially wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for every time; whether that be calling another location to check their inventory or giving advice on what products she would recommend personally. I can’t say enough nice things about her, she is the sweetest!

Went here after a few years and this experience was absolutely phenomenal!! Tarnveer was the sales assistant and she was just the kindest and most helpful sales assistant I’ve seen at a Sally’s! I came in literally for one thing and left with so much more. Great work girl!!
