We dined here tonight. Large menu and prices were about par. My husband had the pesto chicken wrap which he loved. Fries were good too! I had chicken fingers and salad (they only have balsamic dressing for salads). The chicken fingers were just ok…the frozen type which surprised me because they advertise their food is always fresh and not pre cooked. Drinks were good but strangely there are no prices in their drink menu. Atmosphere was good. Their back patio looks really nice. But it was cool out tonight so we stayed inside. It was so cold in the restaurant we may have been warmer outside. Overall, it was pretty good. We’ll give it one more try to see how it goes next time.

First time visiting. Franco was very friendly, attentive and gave us great service.The inside was really cool, with a tin ceiling feature and the old safe door complete with the manufacturer's player above. Very nice atmosphere.We would have liked to head out to the beautiful patio but it was a bit too hot out.We ordered wings, fries and nachos and everything was great! The fries were done perfectly and flavourful, wings crisp and not overly saucy, and the nachos were great, with the topping options being flexible.We really enjoyed our visit to Baldwin Bistro.

Baldwin Bistro
We went here for dinner tonight. It was great weather for an outdoor dining. They even set up the fireplace to keep us warmer.We ordered a variety of appetizers and they were all very good! Perfect for drinks and bites. The owners were extremely nice and made sure they visited with everyone and made sure we were very well taken care of. At the end, to celebrate, one of the owners brought a shot on the house to say thank you. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service!

I really like this restaurant! I always get something new and it’s always a pleasant surprise. Tried the Blackened Salmon salad and it was great! They accept dogs and our pup is always nicely treated by the staff. Brooklyn is very cute and extending the patio was the greatest idea. We will always be coming back!

The patio behind the restaurant is nice in the summer, with a good cocktail list and daily drink specials, but I wasn’t impressed with the food we ordered. We had the cauliflower bites and Thai chicken appetizers. The cauliflower wasn’t crispy and lacked flavour. The Thai chicken was more like chicken fingers cut into strips with a Thai sauce drizzled over. The food looked really good, but otherwise felt like I could have made something similar at home.

I ordered burgers for pick up. When I got home I realized that they completely messed up my order. They offered new food which I declined because I live 20 minutes away and I had just got home from a long day. They offered a refund via e-transfer, I accepted and gave my email and offered to send them pictures of the food I received. They did not want pictures.It has been just about 24 hours and I have not received a refund. I called the restaurant numerous times and they keep giving a run around. First it was that I would receive it by 2am, and now they are saying they sent it. I have not received it and now they are asking me for screenshots of my bank account instead of sending me the confirmation that it has been sent.Now I am waiting for a call from the manager. I won’t hold my breath.UPDATEShortly after leaving this review, the manager called me and sent my refund.

Leslie, our server, was terrific. She gave us suggestions for our orders and they were delicious. Dipped beef sandwich was savoury.Patio was great - we were seated next to a tree in the center of patio, providing us shade.

Enjoyed quite a lovely evening at the restaurant with an old friend. Nice ambience, live music, friendly staff. Their calamari offered a fresh take on the standard restaurant calamari that was very good indeed. Also quite enjoyed a NY strip steak with a very nice mushroom sauce.

I believe her name was Dee Dee she was a excellent server very prompt efficient loved her suggestive selling really impressed me. All around great time. Loved the buttered chicken and rice dish husband has the buttered chicken pizza her sugestion was excellent.All

My Father's Day celebration here with the family was awesome. Good food, kids meals were massive and looked (and tasted good), great service (they made sure everything was perfect and if not made it right without hesitation) and to top off the great patio experience the bill was 50% off for Father's Day, 10oz steak meal with a lobster tail on the side for just over $20. I'll definitely be going back for a date night in the future.
