We worked with Stok Florest on our wedding day. Our dinner was at Planta Yorkville and they put us in touch with Stok. I gave very little direction as to what I wanted (white and simple) for our table center pieces. We gave then the go ahead to add their own artistic touches and vision. They did an amazing job! I did not see what I would be getting until I arrived at the restaurant. The flower arrangements were beautiful! We were very pleased. I would highly recommend Stok Florest, they were very easy and pleasant to work with!

Totally overpriced for what you get. They were selling singles roses for $8. I picked 7 roses which should be $56. Then they charged me $85 and said the $29 dollars extra was for foliage. Are you kidding me??After taxes it came to $96.05 for 7 roses. The worst part was the bouquet was ugly AF. The roses were beautiful but they added white dried pompous grass, a huge monstera leaf and random AF olive leaves. Completely clashing aesthetic. They haphazardly wrapped it. The bottom was so bulky and they did not protect the top at all. Most florists would wrap the whole bouquet up. In a city filled with florist shops, this one is a major pass.

4 weeks to our wedding, we were abandoned by our former florist. To say we were panicking and in shock was an understatement. We were lost and distraught because if you're reading this review, that means you know how important floral design is for any occasion, especially a wedding. I remember emailing Stôk team at 1 in the morning, and frantically called the shop the moment it opened that morning too. That's when we first spoke to Ali, Stôk owner and head designer. From our first conversation, Ali was extremely caring, understanding, easy going, which relaxed us a great deal. We were lucky that our wedding date was still open. Two days later, we went in for an initial consultation. That was also our first visit to Stôk. The store was spacious -- you would have expected a floral shop to be full of flowers. Not Stôk. The place was an urban jungle/oasis, and smelled divine. Ali sat down with us, listened to our needs, and our dream design. She went a step further and agreed to make an arrangement right then and there to show us what our centrepiece could look like. After seeing this, we were sold, and booked the team and paid everything in full immediately. That's how good Ali and the team are! As the wedding got closer, we kept adding on elements to make it special, and Ali and team never made us feel like we're a burden. In fact, they listened, assessed the work involved, and away we went. We not only found one of the best floral shops in town, we found ourselves a new friend. Thank you, guys!

Stôk represents the kind of neighbourhood business that every city folk wishes they lived near by. I was first exposed to their service through purchasing a Valentine’s bouquet. Amy prepared a nice, elegant arrangement in a timely manner and had such an uplifting attitude and service despite the Valentine’s rush. Admittedly, there was a bit of concern with a bit of bruising on a flower or two that I only mentioned as feedback, rather than a complaint. But they quickly and politely rectified the situation with utmost care, and I have to say that I’m astounded by the level of understanding that Ali had offered via email and in person.It’s hard to recommend businesses since there are so many unique use cases but in this instance, knowing and having experienced their level of professionalism, I can safely say that no matter the reason you’re considering them, you can rest assured that you’re in hands that truly care.

I did not come into Stok with a clear vision of what I wanted my bridal party arrangements to look like beyond a colour palette, a Pinterest photo, and the venue. Nina met with my mom and me for an hour and thoroughly walked us through our options. She had creative ideas and in-depth knowledge of what flowers were seasonally and locally available for our late-July wedding in Toronto. She also promptly responded to my emails and designed a package that suited my budget.I could not be more pleased with the way my wedding flowers turned out! The bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful and effortlessly tied in the colours of the bridesmaids dresses (shades of blue/grey) and the groomsmen’s grey suits. They had the “undone” look I desired and lasted through the hottest day this summer. With the purchase of a few vases, we were able to reuse the bride and bridesmaids’ bouquets as décor on our sweetheart table and in the windows behind it. Ali and Aime are a dream team!!!! Our wedding florals were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. My sister had also used Stok for her wedding in 2016 so I knew the quality and craftsmanship they would provide. I didn't have a specific idea of what I wanted but they were so wonderful to show me several options that were in season for our wedding. These lovely ladies were even open to our crazy idea for shotgun shell boutonnieres. THANK YOU <3

I reached stôk because i needed a nice bouquet for my wife who is visiting Toronto and also is a florist, our contact was via email because i am in Mexico, Amy was very nice and fast to respond, my wife got the bouquet delivered very fast and was really excited to receive such a beautifull bouquet.The service and atention was really good.

Ali made my wedding floral dreams come true and I couldn’t be more grateful! We met with multiple florists when selecting one for our wedding. We went with Stôk because they know their craft, made the effort to really understand what we were looking for and helped wth creative ideas to stay within our budget. From start to finish they were responsive, flexible and a pleasure to work with. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and they helped transform the venue into a romantic, dreamy, fall wonderland!

I contacted Stok Floral & Design from Vancouver when my goddaughter was in the hospital wanting to send her some cheerful florals. I spoke with Ali and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond in her level of customer service and communication - emailing me and calling me about the delivery and even sending photos of the arrangement she made up! She let me know she included some of her favourite flowers called Mimosas and they are absolutely stunning. My goddaughter was blown away and immediately sent me a photo of the arrangement she received herself. I am so pleased to recommend Stok and Ali because of her talent and customer service. I will use them again and again for my Toronto floral needs from here on out. Thank you Ali again for your communication and kindness!
