Glenmore Central

Staff are awesome! Very professional and accommodating. Grounds and common area kept VERY clean. The apartment itself is in a great area close to grocery stores and take out places. After leaving a very poorly managed strata, we were pleasantly surprised that this place is managed exceptionally well. We love the events that the staff put on. Lived here for almost 1.5 years!

We've been at Glenmore central for several years now. Resident requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently, building managerial staff listen to the residents and their needs. There are also regular events for residents throughout the year, such as BBQs in the summer, trick or treating for Halloween, occasional breakfasts in the lobby.Great place to live if you are renting.

Last summer, my wife and I moved from Manitoba to the beautiful Kelowna, Glenmore central is our first home. The apartment structure here is very user-friendly, and the whole building is clean and tidy. Since we just moved to BC, we don't know many things. The staff here helped us a lot, they were always very positive and professional, especially Ms. Wanda and Ms. Corinna. Due to private reason, we had to move back to Manitoba. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff here, especially Ms. Wanda and Ms. Corina, thank you for everything you have done for us. Hope we can move back to Kelowna as soon as possible, move back to this beautiful building.

Even though me and my husband just lived in this building just a while, we really enjoy the viewing here! Excellent management!

My wife and I loved our time here. Not to mention.. our weiner dog loved the staff and went to the lobby every day in search of little treats and pets. The staff are quick to respond to any issues and the space is really well cared for. Couldn't ask for more from a rental.

This building is very well kept and the management and staff are all wonderful. They go the extra mile each and every day from decorating the lobby to inviting tenants to games night and even a Christmas party. The most delicious soup is given to the tenants on occasion as well as tables set up with subway, Tim Hortons, fruit and veggie platters the list goes on. I’m grateful to be living in such a great building.

I’ve been living here since the building first opened. It has been the best experience I’ve had renting. The building managers are wonderful, and throw mixers in the front lobby with food, and are always there when we need anything. The cleaning and maintenance checks are consistent, thorough, and well done. Parking is no worry as we have underground parking, and use a visitor pass when needed. Overall Glenmore central is the place everyone should want to be. I couldn’t recommend it more to a friend!!

Senior management needs to be vetted better ! Their inability to communicate with respect is apparently very low on the totem pole. The rent is what it is (high) but so is everything else and yes you can never please everyone but this gals need to be disrespectful and vindictive is out of control!

An amazing place to live! Staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable - vats of delicious homemade soup are sometimes in the lobby for your enjoyment, game and pizza nights are offered so you can meet and socialize with the other residents. Questions and repair requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. The building is beautifully maintained, is in an excellent location, and on the major bus routes. I have not been happier living anywhere else in Kelowna.

This was my absolute favourite place I have ever rented. This building is pet friendly and community-oriented. The staff take great care of the building and address issues very quickly. They go beyond to plan events, leave treat bags at your door on holidays, and make sure tenants feel connected and cared for.
