Audi St-Bruno

Tried purchasing a car at Audi St-Bruno and I had the worst service/experience ever. Ignoring calls, used sales car manager never returning calls, salesman slow to answer once everything was signed, selling the car twice (contract was signed by the manager as well). After being ghosted instead of them being honest from the beginning, I ended up doing business with another Audi dealership where service was 100% better than Audi St-Bruno. I would not recommend this garage to anybody.

Purchased a beautiful, 2-yr old, preowned vehicle from Andrea at Audi St-Bruno and the experience was incredible. She was knowledgeable, personable and she made herself readily available for me when I had questions before, during and after the buying process. Not only this, but another member of the team was eager to walk me through all of the features of the Multi Media Interface and personalized it for me right there at the dealership. I've owned numerous cars in my life, new and used, from Mercedes to Porsche to other Audis and this was by far the best buying experience I've had. Thanks Audi St Bruno and a huge thanks Andrea!

I bought 2 Audi's from this concession before it changed ownership and have always received great service, even though I always buy USED. I am down to my 7th Audi and have never been deceived by the brand or the concessions I usually deal with, but this time was an exception.The salesman was very expeditive" and absent from the discussion when visiting the vehicle I desired. Never saw the Carproof

Truly one of kind experience! This is by far the best audi dealer in Québec. The lot is always jammed so inventory is not a problem and the service by Marc-Andre is exceptional. From here on, I’m only going to St-Bruno for anything car related.

Bad experience when they brake your car they don't fix it and charge you for their mistakes

This is by far the best experience I had in my life buying a new car went to Volkswagen with treated rudely as if I was wasting the time but went to Audi and to my surprise was welcomed and served with professional and personal service
