Nomade Cycle

If you're looking for THE BEST spinning studio then look no further, this is the one. The music selection, teachers, quality of equipment and sense of community is all amazing. I've tried many great spinning studios in Montreal but this one is at the top of my list.

I have been to Nomade Cycle with my partner for Christopher's spinning class. Chris had good energy and kept us engaged! The workout was very good and challenging while allowing for short pauses.The studio is no-frills. It has the basics for a workout and that is it.The indoor spinning bikes are silent. The seat is a bit stiff, but it was fine for a 50-min class. Cushioned bike shorts might come in handy!The bikes also have a backlit display allowing to track Watts and RPM, and have hybrid pedals, with clip on one side and clipless SPD-compatible on the other. The studio does not offer clipless shoes with the reservation.Oddly, there are no showers. This makes it challenging to wiggle workouts between plans that do not imply going back home for a shower. We do not own a car and we cannot see ourselves coming to classes during the Winter and walking wet, in the cold after class. This might be the first fitness place I have been to without showers.The room was well-ventilated. However, the speakers inside the studio were unbalanced towards high frequencies and dangerously loud. My hearing still feels uncomfortable.I commend and encourage the studio because it is challenging to open a fitness business. It is also the closest spinning studio to us. However, other studios provide a more complete structure with showers, towels, evenly-distributed audio systems, and shoes, and charge better rates.I am wishing all the best to this place and hope it can improve and fly!

Ive been spinning here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it!! The instructors are energetic and fun and the classes as super dynamic. Everyone is super helpful and accommodating especially helping me adjust my bike and hosting bilingual classes since im not super fluent in French. The owner, Christina is absolutely amazing and so helpful & kind. She has been so welcoming and this studio has become my home away from home ❤️

Best spinning spot in Monteal!

It was my first time trying out a spinning class and it was great. Christina was super energetic and led a very fun class. The ambiance and atmosphere of the studio makes you want to come again. Great place for a full body workout!

J'aime les cours de spinning chez Nomade Cycle parce qu'ils sont adaptés à tous les niveaux. J'aime l'approche de Christina et d'Anais qui nous poussent à nous surpasser de fois en fois, tout en gardant la séance de spinning très agréable. Hâte à ma prochaine séance.
