Dairy Queen

For many occasions we order a DQ ice cream cake and have never been disappointed. Cakes are always well decorated & ready for pick up. We also frequent this location often for summer ice cream treats and it has always been good customer service.

I dream of Dairy Queen's Cookie Dough Blizzard. Such fantastic creamy flavour, and those gorgeous chunks of cookie dough. Oh, and the mint chocolate chip girl guide cookie flavoured Blizzards are too die for. If you haven't had a Blizzard, what arrrr you waiting for? Go get one. Now.

Not very accessible by wheelchair in the winter. Parking curbs blocked access, needed help through one spot between curbs with snow/ice.

Pretty consistent experience with any Dairy Queen store.This particular store along with most others in Winnipeg are lacking the use of their own Dairy Queen app.I try to use either the rewards or the coupons and the staff all look like deers in headlights.I don't blame the staff as this is an implementation issue. However, I think I have spent the better part of 6 months trying to use and collect reward points or use the available coupons but ultimately cannot.Oh well I guess I just have to be patient or go somewhere else.

Here is my review:Food Quality:On par with other franchises. Nothing unique or special.Wait Time:Ordered poutine and chicken fingers order took roughly 13 minutes. This is on the higher side for fast food".Customer Service:Adequate... operating within policies. The manager of the store needs to review pricing. Only get one sauce with the chicken fingers and the sauce is the same size as the hotel jam packs. Extra sauce is $1.29 which is outrageous. Manager needs to look at price adjustments.This one negative experience impacted review. When compared to competitors many places provide at minimum 2 sauces and larger sizes similar to what is provided at Costco.Hours of Operation:Decent hours closing at 10:30pm every day. Good if you want to wait for a snack on the drive home.Overall:In conclusion

I loved DQ 65 years ago when I was 10. And I still love it. Especially their Chocolate Shakes. They are the one consistent thing that one can look forward too with out taking out a lone or being ripped off.

Fast service. Tastes good. Classic cold treats.

I think my favourite thing about this DQ, besides the delicious treats, is the proximity to my house. It's a great place to visit on hot summer days! And the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

They don’t have a ice cream variety just vanilla ice cream and some sundae thats it. Worse experience.
