Tucker’s is THE BEST pottery supplier. From products, to customer service, turnaround, transparency, and support of the pottery community. I’ve shopped a few pottery suppliers but since my experience with Tucker’s, this is hands down the best company and I won’t shop anywhere else

Beware Online OrderingI never leave negative reviews but I wanted to spare you if you expect a same day response to your order or delivery under 10 days UPS. They aren’t set up for credit cards so it’s PayPal or etransfer. They accepted it but did not respond for another 24 hours informing me it could be 2 weeks delivery because they are in a very busy time of year in October. (Huh?!) Each time I emailed about when it would be shipped I was met with condescending rudeness and it surprised me as I was so polite. After over a week I was emailed part of my order isn’t even in stock. I received my order today after 10 days and the packaging was covered in dust as if it had been sitting on a shelf for years. Clearly I won’t order from them again. If it’s a ma and pop shop forgive me. But if it’s a regular business, they have a lot to learn about customer service and how to handle online orders in 2022.

I have been buying pottery supplies and an artist and pottery instructor for over a decade now. I can honestly say that they are very accommodating and care for their customers. Their inventory is amazing also.This year I purchased a new kiln from them and 2 years ago a Brent wheel also.If I ever have any questions they always help me above and beyond. ☺️

Tucker’s has the best customer service! When the clay I ordered was out of stock, they called and left a message ahead of my pickup so I could choose an alternative. When I went to pick up my order and a few extra items, they subtracted the price difference of the clays from my bill without me even asking, and helped me carry the clay to my car. Thank you!!

The worst customer service and rude staff that I’ve experienced! I regularly go to this shop because it’s closer to me to compare to the other suppliers and always has confronted with a lady with bad behaviour and lazy!

Great selection - amazing service both in-person and online. I also contacted them with questions about my kiln - very knowledgeable and helpful even when I asked a lot of questions. Tuckers is now my go- to place for all my pottery needs!

Just ordered a slab roller for my wife for Christmas. I was worried about delivery being in time for Christmas.My order was placed on a Friday and delivered the following Wednesday to northern Ontario!Just wanted to say thanks to the gang at Tucker’s for the speedy delivery and have a Merry Christmas!!Cheers.

I’ve made a few online purchases from Tuckers and typically have a positive experience. However shipping often takes a while. This time it has taken 13 business days, and although email responses are very quick I did not get an apology or proactive acknowledgment that my order was going to be delayed.
