Terrible customer service for home insurance. Waited weeks for a response from an adjuster to view the damage after a small flood. Large flood a few weeks later, this time an emergency, and no services available on the weekend. House is a huge mess, how many weeks do I have to wait this time?What am I paying for?

Worst. Just got to know that my insurance got cancelled due to a failed payment 1.5 years ago. No email, no text message, no phone call. As per a call center agent they sent a mail to the wrong mail address not the one which is ensured. Apparently they do not have a capability to contact you via text/phone/email at all. They were sending mails about failed payment and outstanding balance for several months. On top of that they impacted my credit score and my insurance cost has increased even with other providers.If you want insurance that protects you choose a different provider. I only went with TD because I had a bank account with them. Now after a bit of research I found other insurances with better service, better coverage for lower cost

Horrible customer service .. sent everything the requested and still no info on the claim .. called multiple times and I get the run around from claims . They never anwser the calls and never a call back . No point Paying for insurance that you have to fight to get what you paid for with poor no customer service

This review is not about this location. I am writing this review to share with my experience with TD Insurance for the past 8 years. Absolutely not recommended. I was with TD after graduated from university under alumni discount, shortly after, I bundled with my first house. Over the years, I only seen my policy premium is increasing every year while other companies or my other friends are decreasing every year. I don't have any violations, pull over, or convictions at all. Called support to check if they can offer anything but no, nothing they can do. Feels like they are ripping off customers, we been paying that much for nothing. Customer service is very bad. Thanks god I found another better one, so I moved all my auto and home policies over there and I will not recommend ally friend to go to TD Insurance.

Rates keep going up, not willing to match other insurance companies.

Updated my home and car insurance over the phone. Their prices are very reasonable, and the paperwork was sent to my new address right on time.

The worst rip offs I ever seen make sure u check your bank every month Cause they will steel from ya they did my husband and trying to with me scamers lyiers and threats let the word out but check your bank every month cause they will steel your money and say they never got it and one says some thing but other will charge u out the roof I hope they can sleep at night knowing how many people they scam and rip off think they should be closed down and sewed and I hope others can agree with this cause I am posting up every where and hope it goes viral
