Great place, very friendly staff. Food is amazing and fresh. I had the BLT w/o tomato’s and I loved it. The bacon was crisp and fresh, bread was recently baked. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for years for their baked goods since it is unique and good but customer service here can be a hit and miss.Especially for take out orders,Lately over the last year. There has been 0 /10 customer service represented at this location and I would avoid it just because I like to enjoy my food purchased with good energy on both ends.

Nice quaint cafe along the bow river. Lots of drinks and food options for breakfast and lunch. Can get a little busy closer to lunch, so plan. Parking can get full as early as 10 am on a weekday. I don't find their coffee and lattes that good, but it's okay. It's great that they have variety of dessert cakes and pastries too!

One of our favourite stops in Parkdale, great soups and sandwiches and excellent desserts. Tucked away but always busy! The staff are friendly and efficient - great stop if you are looking for delicious homemade food!

Love this place! It's been here forever, is often busy, and for very good reasons! Coffee and food are both delicious, wonderful ingredients, feel good after eating, etc! Would highly recommend the build-your-own-sandwich with seven grain kettle, Montréal smoked meat, provolone, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, and dijon with soup on the side (pictured). They also display artwork of local artists, which is awesome!

We came here today as I'm on a foodie page on fb and this place was hyped up for sandwiches. So myself and two friends met up here for lunch I ended up ordering the Ruben on rye and soup. Can't remember what they ordered. Anyways that Ruben was wonderful , flavor was good only thing I'm not sure of was if they put thousand island dressing on it. If so wasn't every much or maybe I had to ask for it. But it was good n soup was delightful , but could have been hotter it was just luke warm if that. Price a little high but I'm not complaining for decent food and some time with my friends.The place was packed solid ,as everyone must have seen the same post in that fb group, lol. Only thing I could recommend would be have another register to zip people through and I'm sure if this place stays this busy you going to need to upgrade your restaurant to a bigger one , with more washrooms. As that line was crazy too. Staff was great the girl that tool our order was awesome. They have tables outside and 2 picnic tables around the corner I. The sun as 1200pm the sun is not in front of that building. 1 more thing please empty that dish holder outside as it was over flowing when I went to put my dishes in.Good place I recommend my sandwich
