Jhana is amazing! She was super patient while I got documents together since I had moved from out of province, then j had delays with getting registration for my car and not one complaint! She made me feel welcomed and well looked after! I highly recommend purely for her outstanding attitude and customer service

I called in to get a quote and was speaking with Bobbie Indriliunas. I mentioned to her that I had been calling around to a few places to get quotes. Im glad I didnt get insurance from them because SHES EXTREMELY LAZY. She didnt bother to ask me the usual questions on the phone to put a quote together. Instead she just said to reply to the email with the usual questions the other companies had been asking. Unfortunately to get a quote they ask many, many questions. Many of them ask different questions. How should I know what info she needed.So her first and only email read Let me know the info we discussed."*******We didnt discuss any personal info********My reply back was "Sure

DO NOT get any insurance from this company! I left them few messages to cancel my policy as I left my rental apartment but no one called me back and I was still getting charged for insurance of a place that I wasn’t living in ! When I finally could get a chance to talk to their customer service they said they won’t return the money they took and now I see other people complained about same thing here !I need to mention that these days companions grow based on their loyalty to the customers not what you do!!! you lost me and probably many others. Good luck

I needed to make a last minute change to my insurance and Jhana at Westland was so helpful. She responded quickly, worked efficiently, and got me a revised agreement the same day. I’m grateful for this group and will continue to go to Westland for all of my insurance needs! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience - after calling / emailing 7 times over the course of a week, I finally got my agent on the phone to cancel my policy. To no surprise, a week later they take the payment from my account. Now when I try to speak to them about this, they are of course impossible to get on the phone. Let alone the fact that I was told that no other agent would speak with me except the person assigned my account, despite me never having met 'my' agent. They're clearly understaffed and I have no trust in anything they tell me after this last experience.

We did a very quick buy on our new home in Alberta. We only gave ourselves 6 weeks from the day we put in an offer, til we had to have our house sold and take possession of the new place. To add to the headache, we were moving from BC and so we needed to deal with everything at a distance, without meeting anyone in person. As soon as I contacted Jhana, she understood our situation and was extremely helpful in getting us set up with exactly the right insurance we needed without breaking the bank. She worked with us to make sure all of the documents were filled out correctly and got sent to our lawyers so that everything could proceed smoothly. I could not have asked for better customer service. All of our questions and comments were answered promptly by email or over the phone as needed, and it went off without a hitch. If you need to get some insurance and you're not sure how to go about it, give them a call and get the ball rolling. You get what you want without a bunch of extra up-selling, pressuring you into something you don't need. All for a price I am comfortable with. Thanks Westland, and especially, thanks Jhana!

Would like to leave an exceptional review to an agent name Ian Feng. His attitude and hardworking is a worth all great words I could address toward him! He started process of returning my payments from Wawanessa in Feb 2020 and he finished it as a pro! I have got my cheque with returned payments. I was working with other agents before but only Ian brought my case to the end professionally and responsibly. He took leadership and initiative and contacted me first all the time and kept on track in our case. I would say he would be a great manager if he is not yet ( it’s a message to his employer)I would love that all insurance companies would have an agents like Ian Feng!Much appreciate your hard work, Ian!
