I had my listing with this team of realtor for a year, my listing did not sell. Very poor communication and realtor became defensive when I would ask questions about what can be to help sell my properly.The executive officer, when I was able to reach him, was always professional and respectful.Overall, I cannot make a good recommendation.

Stay away from them, look like their agents are even busier than Donald Trump, never return your calls, never respond to your request, called in to the reception and only asked you to leave phone and information, after that no more news.

We had the pleasure of working with France & Alex for the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new home. Both went so smoothly. Alex managed to get our house sold within 6 days! And France was very helpful with finding us a new home in the location we were hoping for. She was readily available for us throughout the search and purchase. We worked with Vincent Cloutier. He never pressurized us in any way. He was transparent, which proves he is there for our interests. He's always available to answer our calls, and he's always ready to go to the extra mile when things are not working out. He was able to sell our house at the asking price within 6 weeks(closed), and he also helped us save a couple of thousands of dollars by successfully negotiated on the house we bought. Groupe Lavoie,We were looking on-line for a multiplex rental investment in the last quarter of 2020. That’s how we met Eric Filion. As an anglophone with francophone partners, we needed a bilingual broker to work with. Eric is fully bilingual. We gave Eric the parameters of our search criteria and he quickly set up an automatic email delivery of all properties falling withing those parameters. It was a very competitive market and within minutes of the property we bought being advertised on-line, Eric called us. We agreed that it was ideal. He called the selling broker immediately and we made an offer that evening. Eric explained that in the current market, the property wouldn’t last long, and the longer it was on the market, the more expensive it would become. He guided us in the negotiation with the selling broker and we not only won the bid, but after the inspection, he was able to get a reduction in the final selling price based on information about needed improvements.Eric also recommended a mortgage agent with a major bank where we got a great interest rate and discounts toward notary fees and the bank’s property appraisal, a really thorough inspector with experience in multiplex properties, and a competent notary to work with to finalize the deal.Early in 2022, we decided to invest again, this time in a condo. We immediately called Eric to begin our search and got the same excellent service as before. The market was even more competitive but Eric never gave up and we finally found a property that looked ideal. His knowledge of the market and real estate contacts paid off again for us. He worked closely with the selling broker, whom he had worked with before, and we were able to make the winning bid again. Without Eric’s tenacity and market knowledge, I doubt that we would have won the bid.Naturally, if we decide to invest again, we’ll go back to Groupe Lavoie and Eric Filion.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan Cabana when I bought my first house, and I can only imagine what it must be like for a seller's agent. His network of extreme professionals in his entourage makes sure you get what you need for you and your price range. He knows what he is talking about, guides you with negotiations on your behalf, and ensures you get what you need.There were about a dozen houses we visited, out of which two were in the process of being inspected. The first property was not a very sound investment (As per his trusty home inspector) EVEN after bargaining the price down and requesting some property assets such as boats, etc.Sure, his professional service cost me two figures, but it certainly saved me from losing four figures. When you work with Jonathan, you don't just get someone who cares and cracks you up, but you also get access to his extensive and indispensable network. Jonathan and I have become great friends.Having grown up in Montreal, I finally bought a house within 10 minutes of his region.
