I don't have many reviews but I had such a wonderful experience here. Shelley at front desk was VERY kind and informative. My doctor had referred me somewhere else but many people have said good things about this location. Navneet and Deesh were so friendly and showed care for my health instead of forcing me to buy items. Highly recommended.

Joy is wonderful! Service is above all. Always supportive, understanding and available when you need her.

I have been dealing with SleepTech and they were amazing until I kept calling to finally about a year later I get told my therapist was transferred and vital air bought SleepTech Then the recall and I went without a machine for over a year. It really affects. My heath. Then I finally get a replacement which has been nothing but problems and not working properly. The water never needs to be replaced. I wake up every hour with dry throat and mouth. I called so many times and no reply. Yesterday I called and asked them to switch my file to another sleep clinic , I got a message bank RIGHT away. She said that yes you can definitely switch clinics. Let me know so I can transfer the file. My sleep therapist is absent. She never returns calls or have the machine checked. They are now awful and the have the lowest rating in all sleep clinic. They don’t care about the patients just the money.

Run, run as fast as you can away from here. They really don't care about their clients at all.I bought a cpap machine that was recalled. They didn't notify me about it, my kids heard on the news and told me. When I called they said oh don't worry about it but we will get you a replacement. Months and months go by and no replacement and no contact from them.Finally its time that I can get a new cpap machine through my insurance. I contact them and they advise that they will contact my doctor, get a prescription and submit to my insurance on my behalf. After a month I see still nothing at insurance co. I wait another couple weeks and contact VitalAire. They assure me it was sent and must be a problem with my doctors office. They advise they will send again and I should reach out to doctors office and tell them to complete it. I wait a couple weeks and call doctor. They advise they didn't receive first or second request. I've never had any issues with my doctors office not completing forms for me.VitalAire didn't do anything and it made me really mad. I contacted another company. They had a replacement cpap for my recalled machine in less than 2 weeks! They contacted my doctor for a prescription and submitted it to my insurance company within 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it.I will never go back to VitalAire.

Navneet is so amazing and helpful. Definitely went the extra mile for me I would definitely refer to friends and family.

I was having awful sleep apnea for years. Thanks to Joy, and a few short appointments my sleep has returned to normal, I feel more rested than I have in years, and Joy has been beyond helpful. I would highly recommend Joy and this location. Thanks!!

What a wonderful experience working with Joy!!!! She is so kind, patient and intelligent. Being a nurse gave me comfort knowing she knows how to support her patients. I felt so looked after when I was hesitant with trying the test and the machine. She responded quickly to all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and understood the process. I can't recommend Joy enough as a caring and knowledgeable support.

Joy was so helpful in my process of getting a sleep ap machine. She monitored my nightly sleep and made great suggestions to what equipment to use .If you need one Vitalaire is a great place to get one

I a not sure where to begin with this mess.I have been a long time customer of this location. I started when Marianne ran it out of her house. Then the Office opened and nothing really changed. I could expect good service and continued support through the years. Then Russ took over and this continued until VitalAire bought and took over. When VitalAire took over there was nothing from them, no yearly check on your machine, no continued discounts. In fact I have yet to be contacted over the recall and I had to contact them about the recall.I have heard nothing from VitalAire since the recall, not even a call/email asking me how things are going. I have 2 different machines in the recall.When one goes under therapy (contract) your insurance is charged say $2500 of which about $1000 goes to pay for the machine. The rest is to provide follow-ups and progress reports to your Doctor. I can not even begin to tell you the last time my Sleep Doctor saw a report. I have had to use a program called Sleephead that downloads my machine and present this data to my Doctor for them to read.Customer Service is NOT one of VitalAire strong points. Once I get my new machine I will be looking somewhere else that isn’t a big company.
