The people who work here are super kind, but the accessibility is not adequate or safe for wheelchair users. The ramp offered is not safe to enter this location. Ramps need to be 1 foot of length for every inch of height. Please consider making this a safe location for people with disabilities.

Great experience at BioPed Footcare & Orthotics in Barrhaven. I had been experiencing foot and ankle issues for many years, to the degree that is was affecting my whole body. It wasn't an overnight fix, but after wearing my orthotics diligently for 8-9 weeks, I felt like a new person. I just picked up my second pair and am so thankful I can move again, pain free.

I am very happy with the Bioped services. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Shannon did a great job on my custom orthotics and helped me a lot with the foot pain. Since I wear my custom orthotics the foot pain has almost gone and I feel back to normal. I would highly recommend Bioped services.

After many different orthotics at other places, Shannon finally got it right. She explained exactly what my issue was and advised me on the correct shoe type as well. She takes the time to make sure you are happy with the fit and will adjust the orthotics (made on site) as needed. My whole family now goes to this office.

The staff were very friendly and interacted very well with the two kids I had with me. They let them try things out and explained things to them. They also gave me some side advice on my foot issues even though I wasn't the one who had the referral. My nine year old now has her orthotics and though she is still getting used to them she is walking much better with less turn in and she says her feet don't hurt as much anymore.The price is steep even with insurance coverage but worth it.Would definetly recommend to anyone who has foot issues.

I was fitted with orthotics at Barrhaven BioPed and had a great experience! The staff were so knowledgeable about orthotics, gait, and foot care. The orthotics are very comfortable and my feet feel amazing!

I have unfortunately been blessed with Plantar Fasciitis and could barely walk without wincing a few months ago as it hurt so much. Shannon helped me by creating some custom orthotics for me and I could not be happier! I was so happy with her expertise, friendliness and overall service that I went back to purchase slippers that will fit my orthotics. I even purchased slippers for my husband! He doesn't need orthodics, but the slippers themselves are just so comfortable! Her staff, Brianna, is incredibly lovely and was super helpful as well! Overall, highly recommend this awesome local business! :)
