NAPA AUTOPRO - Service Plus Auto

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it needs expensive axel repairs. Took it to another shop, they put it up on the hoist and the problem is not there. Took me in to show it to me too. What is going on at this shop?

Been in there couple times so far for different reasons. Quick and quality job. Fixed light bulb socket in 5 minutes at no charge. Bunch of legends in there

Took my car in was not happy with the price. LoL but the work needed to be done and they were professional and told me everything that needed to be done now and somethings that could wait. They put a plastic cover on my seat as to not get it dirty. Great job guys.

He looked at my car for me without no charge and told me how much it will cost to fix my car. Corey smiled and was extra helpful

Tried to get a quote on my steering wheel I ask to bring it in sooner then later to see how much it will be and they tell me they can't help me.... very rude and unprofessional I will definitely not be going to this garage place

I have been using this shop for over 10 years now and they are just best to deal with and they do quality work. Both Gord and Corey are great to deal with, and always give you an accurate estimate of the work being done. I highly recommend this shop.

I meant to post this like one hundred years ago but have continuously forgotten. I will ALWAYS go to these guys as long as I am living near by. I have a 2014 Cruze that is an absolute lemon, been through several shops for “fixes” over the years only for things to break down very shortly after, usually the things breaking being the parts that were just installed. Anyway—when I moved to Welland and found this shot, wow! Napa Auto Pro at this location is sensational. They have not given up on my horrible car, they have repaired it to the point where I (for the first time in a long time) feel confident driving it, it has not broken down once after they dedicated days for diagnostics, really going way above and beyond to find the issue and fix it. They even gave me a loaner car to drive which made me cry happy tears because wow. Genuinely good people, for real. I’ve just never been treated so respectful, so honestly, and so like…. decently by an auto shop, lol. A+ work guys, you’re all the best. 10/10 five star

I thought my windshield whipper blade was broken, I drove to Service Plus Auto without an appointment.Gordon and the mechanic's quickly resolved my issue, determined the post to my battery had not been connected".(I had a new battery installed a few days earlier by a dealership).Great service

I've been bringing vehicles here for service and repair close to two decades now, and every encounter I've had has been nothing short of remarkable.  The staff and management has always been courteous and honest when diagnosing issues our vehicles have had.  Estimates are promptly given for all possible scenarios before starting work, including details on what issues need immediate attention and which ones can wait until months later.  I've always gotten the feeling that everyone involved really wanted to help us, as if it was their own car they were fixing.  I have complete trust in the workmanship and word of the staff.  I could post pages of wonderful stories and anecdotes.  I simply can not praise Gord, Corey, and the entire team enough, as they have gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected countless times.
