We received our glass top today. It looks fantastic!!! You are a wonderful company and I would recommend you to anyone. I especially appreciate the excellent communication.

I have gotten multiple quotes, and Vladimir’s pricing is competitive. But, he has a ton of experience. He manufactures the glass in Toronto, and you can see his factory, because it is in the same building as his showroom. I was afraid he would be too expensive, because he’s done projects for celebrities. The truth is, this kind of stuff is expensive, but his prices are comparable to others. I am not related, or a friend, and I was not asked to write this review. I just thought that it would be appreciated by Vladimir, and because he has been so helpful with this process, I could return the favour. As an example, he has reviewed with me how things are going to be done several times and also ordered a sink for me. A regular, non-glass one. But, it is the perfect size for what I need.

I highly recommend Contemporary Glass Design Limited. From my first contact with CGD through the completion of the project, the customer service was excellent and I was guided all through the process.My project was a 9 foot long, back-lit glass bathroom countertop.I live in St. Louis, MO USA, and had some reservations about contracting with a company in another country (Canada), and so far away. The company owner, Michael Fridman, led me through every step, and assured me that everything would be fine---and it was!I had also contacted two other companies about my project and found that the cost estimate from CGD was very competitive.I had many questions, and Michael was always gracious to give me a speedy response. We kept in close contact by email, telephone, and photos.The finished product is beautiful, and actually surpasses my expectations. I could say it's exactly what I wanted, but, truthfully, it is more than I even dreamed of! I recently started looking for a company to produce a glass top to go with a beautiful vessel sink we purchased. CGD was the third company I contacted because I found it difficult to get a response from the first two I corresponded with. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with the experience of dealing with Michael Fridman. He is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and very concerned about pleasing his customers. In todays world of lackluster customer service, Michael stands out as the example of how companies should treat their customers and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Couldn't have asked for an all-round better experience! And the products are GORGEOUS!I was on the hunt for a glass bathroom countertop. When I found Contemporary Glass Design I liked the look of the product so much that I ordered 2 - slightly different. They are unique and quite beautiful.Service was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't live in Ontario so the countertops had to be shipped -- 2,000 kms later they arrived in perfect condition.My experience with Contemporary Glass could not have been better - professional, thorough, and a first class product. I highly recommend them!

Stay away from CBD Design!This company is an extreme horrible combination of ridicules quality and despicable customer service.I’d like to share my really bad experience with CBD Design when I’ve made wrong decision to purchase from them glass countertop (looks beautiful on a display) for my bathroom vanity.First – as soon as I’ve paid required 50% deposit, they lost any interest to me as a customer. I had to wait for my countertop much longer and nobody really care.Once it was ready, they refuse to deliver and install. The reason for refusal – you’re too small as a customer and we don’t care.After using their product for a short time, it starts losing colour. I called them about this deficiency. They didn’t want even to talk about it (small customer – who cares!), then as a HUGE FAVOUR allow me to come to their office and pick up a little container with the paint brush. I had to paint their product MYSELF! On a condition that I will bring their little container and a paint brush back to them. SUCH A “GREAT” CUSTOMER SERVICE! – Feels like “Royalty”!A year later countertop cracked without any physical impact, just reacting on a hot water! SUCH A “FANTASTIC” QUALITY! CBD refused any support at all. Only the solution they proposed was to buy another one from them!Stay away from CBD Design!

I was looking for glass countertops for my kitchen and i took a few quotes from glass companies.Contemporary Glass Design replied first with detailed quote, their price quote was somewhere in the middle, but i was surprised with fast and very good communication with their representative, it just didn't happen with other companies i took quotes from.I liked very much CGD countertops especially how they look with LED light, so i proceeded with CGD and now once the project is done i can't thank CGD enough for their high quality beautiful product and very good communication with client during the whole process. It felt that it matters to them and they take a good care of their customers.Now my kitchen looks amazing. I highly recommend to hire CGD for the project you have.Thank you again CGD team for your great work!
