Went to rona they didn't have what they said was in stock. Talked to an employee who Saud they were too small and didn't ever carry that item and to order it online to have it shipped to the store ... well you can't ship it to the store the website won't allow it and it would cost me $20.00 to ship it to my home!

Never good service..!! If you asked delivery they put all broken and cheap one. I’ve have a proof of their service and delivery..! I buy 21 bar and 150 fences.. and pol ..! They send me 17 broken fences and they send me 21 itself poor and cheap bar. And pol too.I gone their to change but they don’t change..!!!Never trust the Rona.Really bad service.

We had purchased an EBSU Eklipse 4 drawer Base cabinet online. When we opened it, the bottom was damaged. Okay, easy enough to exchange. Get a second one home, same thing! Easy enough to exchange again. The third one seemed to be in good condition and when it was about to be installed, we noticed that one of the drawers has a big crack on the inside, from top to bottom. For the cost of this cabinet, it needs to be perfect, so we called the store and we can exchange just the drawer. The rest of our cabinets (upper and lower in the same brand) were in great shape. I am not sure what was wrong with those 4 drawer cabinets, but we appreciate the customer service at our local Rona in Chatham that were willing to make it right.

I find Rona very expensive. The staff is not exclusively knowledgeable. We bought campfire wood. Given the run around about its whereabouts. In fact we're told they did not sell it after it was already purchased at nearly $13 for a small bundle adequate for one night.

I just had one of the most amazing customer service experiences of my life. Sylvain Pitre (Assistant Manager) is an employee that a company could only be so lucky to employ. This Gentleman went above and beyond for his company, not for himself but for his Company...I will be trying to make this store a frequent store I shop at because of his actions, I live in Belle River and I will still go out of my way to shop there when possible because of this Sylvain's actions. Sharing this story with everyone I can is the least I can do! Keep up the good work, customer service is a dying breed these days!

Everytime we walk through Rona's doors in Chatham we get excellent service! Sylvain gave me 10 star customer service! From the moment I walked to the back desk he took great care of me and educated me on the best products to use for painting my livingroom, kitchen and hallway. He even answered questions on the right product I would need to paint my deck and the best one! Our house went from a dark grey to a beautiful peach that makes our home look brighter and so much warmer. We love it. The below picture is the deck. We would not have known the best product without Sylvain's assistance. Merci beaucoup Sylvain!

Chad (the manager) was exceptional with his customer service. Not only did he help me find what I needed, he also put everything in the truck for me. I have a sore back, and unable to.A true gentleman. This is Rona is a 5 star experience! Thank you!
