Very professional team. Jean François Quessy and his team took care of every little detail. JF helped us choose the right pavee to complement our house beautifully . He was spot on. The team were very kind and answered all of my questions. They went the extra mile to ensure the work was properly done. They were quick. 3 1/2 days to have all the work done. My front stairs, steps, driveway, pool and more. A+++. Best company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m very picky. I had them come back to do some little changes they came back and completed the changes i’ve Asked for and without complaining one bit.

From the first day we met with Joannie the landscaping architect to JF the project owner, they have done a fantastic job. They are professionals and have done the work on time and took care of all little details that others would not care. Most importantly the installation team were sensitive to all our request during the job. Super happy and now enjoying our new house. 5 stars and top notch team. Thank you to the entire team!!

With regrets, after 12months i called for serviceWith no reply, again tried calling the offIce leaving multiple messages with no reply, another year passed, again tried calling and sent pictures, stopped a labeled truck on the street without success, finally the replies saying I must call Jean Michel promising to come over which he did and mentioned they were very busy however he will make an effort to come and fix all the deficienciesAnyhow again without success failed to come through, now counting 4 years plus without any service, and to say we regret having them do the work in the first place. Beware terrible job and horrible customer service. Took our money and ran.It seems that they work hard however from their work they do not study how to Compaq the ground properly.

This Team is amazing! From the moment we met with Tony and their Architect Pierre Olivier who was very patient and courteous with us, we knew this is who we wanted to give the job to.Boisbriand was always on schedule and they came a few times to ensure pool company installed the pool at the right place and height.Jean Francois (Project Manager) was always on top of things and ensured clear communication throughout the whole process. JF gave us all the details we needed and step by step play on how the project will unfold with no surprises at all.Installation Team managed by Jonathan was also amazing. Clean work and respectful towards our land/home and also our neighbors. They were flawless and had little touches that in my opinion made a world of difference. Trust me when you are unsure about certain things ask them for advise they know what they are doing!In closing, you are dealing with a company that takes care of their customers but more importantly their employees. Jonathan and his Team had 15-16-21 years of experience. This should speak volume on what to expect from Boisbriand.Thank you Jean Francois, Jonathan and Team for a beautiful backyard!Cette équipe est incroyable ! Dès l'instant où nous avons rencontré Tony et leur architecte Pierre Olivier qui a été très patient et courtois avec nous, nous avons su que c'est à lui que nous voulions confier le travail.Boisbriand était toujours dans les délais et ils sont venus à quelques reprises pour s'assurer que l'entreprise de piscine installait la piscine au bon endroit et à la bonne hauteur.Jean François (chef de projet) était toujours au top et a assuré une communication claire tout au long du processus. JF nous a donné tous les détails dont nous avions besoin et expliqué étape par étape comment le projet se déroulera sans aucune surprise.L'équipe d'installation gérée par Jonathan était également incroyable. Travail propre et respectueux envers notre terre/maison et aussi nos voisins. Ils étaient impeccables et avaient de petites attentions qui, à mon avis, faisaient toute la différence. Faites-moi confiance lorsque vous n'êtes pas sûr de certaines choses, demandez-leur conseil, ils savent ce qu'ils font!En terminant, vous faites affaire avec une entreprise qui prend soin de ses clients mais surtout de ses employés. Very nice experience working with them to design my backyard. Excellent workmanship and customer service. They also completed the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
